The hotel staff were helpful for the most part. The hotel itself is in need of maintenance. Shower head was disinegrating. Shower had mildew. Saw 2 bed bugs during stay. Breakfast was not my favorite with refried beans every day but 3 when they had sausage with the eggs

Still trying to cure from the bed bug bites. The room was humid with a damp smell on the carpet and sofa. I got their late and just needed to rest, I would keep away and pay a little extra, even if it’s for one night.

The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. The breakfast was ok.
Unfortunately, when you walk in there is funky smell. The first room was extremely humid and the sticky environment made it difficult to sleep. The carpet was damp and sticky. The worst part was the bathroom, which had a clogged sink and filthy toilet.
We asked for a second room which was not humid but had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom had a spider web and what looked like mold.
Again the staff was very polite and nice, however, the environment was not great.

So we got there late and the front desk person was not friendly or nice.. He/she would not even look at you. When I was talking to him. We had 3 people that was in our group and we only had 2 bath towels and one hand towel. The hallway smelled so bad of pot we almost did not stay. but we got there at 11:40pm and had a 10 month old that was exhausted and needed out of the car. We had to keep asking for an extra towel. The floor you stuck to when you walked. The breakfast was just ok. Syrup was fat free and tasted bad. and we couldn't not speak Spanish's to ask for anything else that we may need. Not accommodating at all. I think they just didn't want to help us. I wish it was better place after reading all the reviews. So now we know all the reviews don't really mean much when picking a place to stay.
