Ulasan Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days.When i arrived we were given a noisy connecting room facing the construction site.I could hear people speaking from the next room clearly and they were really noisy as well.The Front office guy manager helped us check-in.Next day there was a very nice lady named Andrrea (sorry if i spelled it wrong)she helped us move to this beautiful room with the view.She was very helpful and always smiling.Breakfast was really nice.But the only thing i am disappointed with is that there were no toothbrush and slippers in the room.The Housekeeping team only cleaned our room but didn’t refill any amenities like water,toilet rolls,coffee,milk and even the hand towel from the bathroom so i had to ask for everything when i came back to my room.Its quite embarrassing for me to ask for these myself tbh.I would love to see Andrrea again when come back.

Very good living experience, the location is like Big Ben in London, close to the train station and attractions. The room is relatively spacious three rooms are very suitable for friends to travel. Complimentary snacks and drinks are also very good, recommend everyone to stay!

Hotel was great in every aspect only issue was that the room had a smell of blocked drains, lovely hotel though

Very close to waveley station and car rental carpark . Great for traveller who use train or rent/return car.

Very near the Edinburgh waverley station, convenient if you are catching the early train.

Comfortable room good service and there is one sweet lady staff made my day. She is patience listening what I have been thru and gave me a complimentary breakfast. I would like to thank her but I forgot to look at her name tag, when I check out she was off duty. Not sure is she Kajo. Other staffs are friendly as well.

We stay at the Leonardo Royal for short trip to Edinburgh, the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The location is perfect.

One night stay in November, lovely friendly staff from desk check in to breakfast which was very tasty. Upper floor Room had large comfy bed with great view North across to Princes At. Great location and next to Waverly station so just 5 mins walk to hotel and near to Golden mile. Will definitely use again when coming back to Edinburgh

Great location, just a 3-minute walk from Edinburgh train station. The path to the station is smooth, making it convenient to wheel suitcases. The stairs behind the hotel lead to a stop for the tour bus, making it easy to reach various attractions. However, despite these conveniences, our stay was quite disappointing. We had booked two Superior Double Rooms, but upon our 3 PM arrival, the front desk informed us that only one room was available unless we were willing to wait until 10 PM. Unable to wait several hours, we had to accept a single room, which turned out to be very small and dark. The hotel's soundproofing is also extremely poor. You can hear every single word clearly from the neighbouring room. If your neighbours have noisy kids, it could ruin your stay. Loud children awakened me at 6 AM. Our experience fell well below our expectations given the hotel's pricing. I do not recommend it.

The newly renovated hotel is very comfortable.

There were a total of 2 elevators/lift of which 1 was not in operation during our entire stay which caused terrible inconvenience. Every time we had to go up or down it used to take us ages, especially with a 6 month old infant it was quite unpleasant.
