Everything is good, although location is a far from downtown, but should not be a problem since there is a tram which is five minutes walking distance. Aldi, Tesco, KFC is nearby. Breakfasr is good, by the way.

Stay was comfortable. Rooms size are suitable with kids. Has swimming pool and kids play area. Loved it., surely plan next tour with Novotel only.

Good service staff, value for money as the hotel has full facilities like steam bath , sauna , indoor swimming and even gym rooms. That’s make our stay fruitful. Although the location a bit far from city centre but still easy to get into bus and tram to city.

I was with my family. Attentive staff, clean hotel, close to a bus stop and shops. 15 minutes by tram from the city center.

Very pretty hotel only one stop away from town centre on the train which is good, some shops and takeaways just outside the hotel!

Great hotel and I would absolutely stay there again. Good location next to train station and shops as well as supermarket.

Overall the hotel is good for families with young children. It would be even better if they provide bottled waters in the hotel room.

Very clean room and bathroom. Excellent amenities. Stuff behavior was very gentle. I will definitely revisit this hotel if I come to Edinburgh again.
