The room is nice and big enough for 3 persons. Convenient location with train snd tram stations within 10 minutes walk. Will book again when visit Edinburgh next time.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed getting around by tram. We loved the hotel and its surroundings; it felt spacious and never crowded. For our tram-loving kids, distance was no issue at all.

This is a great place to stay. It isn’t directly in the city centre, but it is right next to the tram which takes you to the airport and city. You can see the tram line from the hotel and it was probably a 5 minute walk maximum. There is a retail park nearby with a supermarket too. The pool/sauna/steam room were an added bonus. Was quiet and staff were friendly.

This one really surprised me. Very reasonably priced, but the room was modern, clean, and well equipped. Wi-Fi was great, and the bathroom was excellent. The best surprise was the leisure facilities — pool, sauna, and steam room were spot on. The gym’s decent too. On-site parking available, and the location couldn’t be better — right next to the tram and train stop, making it super easy to get into the city centre. Would definitely stay again for the price.

Good location easy access to Motorway.Only 5min walks to tram station for connected to city of Edinburgh.We really enjoyed for family holiday break so relaxing with Swimming pool,Stream room, sauna room and gyms. Good customer service and really helpful.We will come back for next trip.

Location: While conveniently close to the train station, expect some noise. The surrounding area is a bit out of the way, making it best suited for guests catching early morning trains. Facilities: As a chain hotel, the amenities are generally standard and satisfactory.

We stayed here for 3 nights only but the view from our room was very good also very easy to commute to city centre from here. They did have supermarkets and cafe nearby which was great.

Hotel has a very good location, if you travel by tram. It’s basically on the way from airport to city centre, 3-minute walk from tram stop. Room was alright, spacious and with a good view. Cleanliness was acceptable though it had a dog smell on the sofa, carpet and in the toilet, quite unpleasant. Spa zone downstairs is amazing, wonderful jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, enjoyed it all. Gym also looks nice. Many shops and even restaurants are in a walking distance, very convenient. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Hotels is decent. Situated right next to tram line and train line bit of a pain if the train don't let you sleep then its the tram continously making noise. Not a very thoughtful location to build a hotel. Would not recommend if you want a good night's sleep.
