We need to stay near edinburgh airport and this hotel suits our need. The tram stop is a 5 min walk and brings you to the airport or to town. We like it that a room can sleep up to 3. Provide free coffee and tea. Room a bit small and cramped. No place to hang clothes when bathing.

Its a bit cramped and small For big families. Toilet also not really comfortable. Its better for solo/ couples but location wise its good if you need to go to airport.

Easy to reach the central city as located near the tram station. Also, it was quite clean the room and reasonable price breakfast.

Our stay is good although they gave us a different room at first. They were able to handle our complain easily and tried their best to give us the original room that we booked. Breakfast is good. It's convenient to the airport. Very clean.

We really enjoyed staying here....although the room never had a kettle for tea ,coffee etc, you could still get a drink free downstairs. The rooms are compact but they have everything you need and lets face it you won't be staying there for weeks on end. Not much on menu..pizza or panini but we actually enjoyed the panini heated and a beer. Staff very helpful nothing too much trouble for them and thanks for the extra pillows. The boys from Latvia and Lithuania. They certainly had their hands full when coach arrived with customers. Breakfast bit limited be nice to have something hot to eat but apart from that we loved our stay and hope to definitely come back

This is a basic hotel. But having stayed in Ibis hotels before I was aware and comfortable with this fact. Asking staff is never a problem. Things like extra pillows etc. Tea and coffee facilities are not in the room but are available for free in the bar/reception area. I stayed in a Family/Triple Room. The room was compact but it is important to note that privacy is at a premium. The shower and wash basin are part of the main room. The shower door only having frosted glass for privacy. The toilet is behind a door at least. The location is great. It is opposite the Gyle Centre with Tram links to the Airport. The Tram also heads towards Newhaven taking in Princes Street etc. Rail links are handy also. This hotel is great if you need to get your head down after a day out in Edinburgh or you have a flight to catch then this place is ideal.

The issue that we had was that the rooms were not cleaned daily by the room service. When we asked it to be cleaned, the shower was not cleaned. The rooms are too small and the shower had a transparent door which is not acceptable when you are staying with a family. The amenities provided by them are good. In the lobby they provide free tea and coffee 24/7.

Budget hotel but clean and bed was comfortable (ask for extra pillows)

New and good hotel, while parking is not free and need to paid gbp 5 for 24 hours ! Near tram station !
