Hotel berhampiran St. Agnes Catholic Church, Edmonton

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! Pool was nice and had good nighttime hours, open until 11pm. About a ten minute walk to Rogers Place with lots of places to eat and drink in between. Continental breakfast was even better than expected with a decent amount of options. There is parking right outside the hotel with a $20 per night fee which seems like a lot, but you won’t get it much cheaper being anywhere in downtown Edmonton. Room was clean and there was no problem getting a crib for our 6th month old baby. Only problem we had was there is no way to get any water during nighttime hours as there was no working vending machine and no convenience stores near by. I would consider giving a 4 star just because of this, but I’m sure they will get a vending machine up and running soon and the staff was too friendly to give anything less than five stars. Overall a very nice one night stay.

Well, the valet & front desk staff were cordial, the room was quite small with a weird sliding window between the sink & the bed, the special big ice they encourage you to order doesn't fit in any of the glasses provided in the room...the room service was hit & miss...the workout area was absolutely AMAZING though...world class... The lobby bar is quite crafty/cold in winter...almost everyone had their coats on...the bartender was excellent! All in all not good value for your dollar...

Fire alarm kept ringing in the morning. Had to go down multiple times to evacuate. Other than that service was good. Parking was expensive.

This Inn is located very near West Edmonton Mall, with 5 mins drive. This is a no-frill inn, with all you need. However, keep in mind it is really easy to hear somone talking in the corridor, so please the voice down to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay.

This property is very well managed with a high attention to detail by the manager. The staff is very friendly and remember you from previous visits. Breakfast area is large with a large array of breakfast items. Staff is attentive! Rooms are clean, spacious, well appointed. There is lots of restaurants and shopping close by. I will be rebooking at the Quality Inn Edmonton West on my next visit.

Front desk service was very efficient and staff were courteous. Rooms are clean and well supplied. For the breakfast, I suggest hotel could increase the food variety and made changes everyday. If there is a superstore within walking distance is indefinitely an advantage.

I had an amazing stay at the Super 8. Sandy is amazing if you’re checking in with her, and the lady in the pub has fantastic service skills. I wish I had of caught her name. She’s fantastic and very attentive. My only complaint is after I left the hotel. I had accidentally left my single use contact lenses in my room. I obviously didn’t realize this until I was getting ready the next morning. I phoned the Super 8 to see if I had accidentally left them….and honestly had to really push for them to look in the lost and found. Thankfully, they found them. I had an emergency pair in my purse “just in case”, but had I have not had the emergency pair, I would have been unable to drive or even see 2 feet in front of me. When I picked them up, they clearly had my old room number and date attached to the “lost item”. I really would have appreciated a two minute phone call or text message to let me know that I had left something behind. Luckily, I was still in the area to be able to pick them up. When I expressed my disappointment to the front desk about the lack of contact, a manager (I think) was there to immediately jump on me to let me know that it was my fault for leaving something behind. I completely and fully understand that it was my mistake that I left something behind, however it would have taken a two minute call to let me know and I would have immediately turned around to pick them up. My recommendation would be to simply just let guests know if they leave something substantial behind. Many of your guests are travelling and are unable to drive back to pick things up when they realize something is missing. Small things make a big difference in the service industry. :) Regardless, I’ll be back! It’s one of my faves in Sherwood Park.

The hotel looks really nice and luxurious. Employees were cheerful and welcoming! There are some notes on the room cleanliness, but in general it was a nice stay!

還好吧，這裡是每兩天打掃一次。 每兩天送水一瓶。 有一個挺小的室內游泳池。不含早餐的話，最好是在酒店前台買票，可以省兩三個加元每一個早餐。

Tub is built for small people, bathroom vanity for giants. The tub is pint-sized, about a foot high. I’m five feet tall and just fit. Tried to make the most of what amounted to soaking in a puddle, but couldn’t even do that as the plug wouldn’t hold water. Asked at the front desk right away about a room with an adult sized tub and was told all rooms were the same. Staff acted like they could care less. Bathroom vanity counter was higher than normal, by quite a bit, so even washing my face was a challenge, again, from a five-footer. The bathroom mirror was mounted another foot above that, so I was glad to see a wall mirror by the window which I was able to use for makeup application. The next day tried the shower which wasn’t much better, very low water pressure. I’m guessing this is an older hotel that was somewhat updated. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Air con worked well. I like to be a bit pampered when staying at a hotel, and this was not that. At the very least, a nice soak at the end of the day isn’t too much to ask. Won’t be back. Too much money for a low end hotel.
