Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Not only was the room not what we were expecting but we were locked out of our room multiple times. Housekeeping didn't even clean our room. When I went to get my keys programmed they told me to keep the key away from my phone no told them the key was in a completely different pocket and she says, "Ok" and shrugs as if it didn't matter. Get back to the room and upon entry see housekeeping didn't do our room. I called down for fresh towels and soap etc and they said I had to come back down from the 7th floor to get it. When I did they gave me two towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Said they couldn't give us soap/shampoo because housekeeping was closed. I expressed my frustrations about how housekeeping was on our floor when we left in the morning and now we've returned to shower attend an evening event. But now we can't wash because we don't have soap. She didn't do a thing about it. When I complained to Trip, you guys gave me $100 in credits and apologized for the experience. I asked if I could cancel my second night and go somewhere else but you said you had to contact the hotel manager and I would be notified the following day. I'm still waiting to hear from someone about it. Clearly the management give a ****. This was my first weekend with my wife without our kids in a very long time. She just wanted to relax after having major surgery and sit in a jet tub. We didn't get a jet tub. Just the runaround from the hotel staff. The bed was however, extremely comfortable. Photos below are the comparison from what we thought we were getting, to what we got. I will be burning the Ramada on Gateway Blvd on Yelp, Google, anything I possibly can. I will never stay there again. The management should comp us an executive suite at another location for this absolutely shitty experience..

I am satisfied with the cleaness comparing with the hotel I stayed in Calgary, although it is only 2- star hotel. The front desk is friendly and gave my children toys to play when we checked in.

Location of the hotel is convenient for me coming up from Calgary by bus and close to my friends residents

The price is very friendly, the service staff are very polite, and the cleaning staff will clean regularly every day. It's just far from the bus, it takes about ten minutes to walk, but it's okay once you get used to it.

The location is excellent and travel is convenient. T&T is only a few minutes' drive away. I will definitely stay here next time.

It's expensive for a reason, the room is very good
