great little hotel, not on main drag so bit quieter than some more obvious hotels, good breakfast with plenty of choice, nice pool area with a bar service,decent room with balcony (mine was the one next to reception so not best view, but hotel was full and it was convenient), will use again as it was a good price 😊

Stayed here with my adult Daughter and overall had a nice stay. The room and bathroom were a good size a little dated but clean and bedding and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff all friendly and helpful. Pool area is small and doesn't get much sun all day due to buildings and trees. Pool was nice to have a quick Swim. A 10 min walk to main shops and bars and beach.

Excellent value for money. Clean rooms. Fresh great value breakfast choices and extremely polite and helpful staff with excellent manners to all customers. Always went out of their way to ensure customers were treated politely. I would highly reccomend.

The staff is very nice, the hotel rooms are clean, tidy and cozy. The breakfeast is very tasty. The location is also quite good. We were very satisfied with our stay, especially since the price was so affordable.

Fantastic overall, staff truly amazing, hardworking and professional 😀 Suna the beautiful lady on reception was efficient, friendly and very organised and the staff in the restaurant were just fabulous ❤️ room fab, food excellent, location great, local transport close by and lively clean pool 💯

Great location and walking distance to shops, bars and the beach. Very very difficult to park outside the hotel if you have a car however I recommend driving and parking by the AzuLine Bahamas which is about a 2/3 minute walk. Hotel itself is clean. Room a bit small but not in the room that much and good air con with a good size balcony. Pool area decent size- when I was there a few days ago- no one was around the pool. Didn’t have breakfast so don’t know what this is like. Nice how they have flavoured cold water in reception to help your self if you are thirsty. Thank you

I recomand this hotel from Arenal -Palma de Mallorca . At reception we had Sangria and lemonade,verry ussefuly after the ride from airport .The hotel is situated near Europa bus station A2 and 23 line .The rooms are friendly and meals ok. I recomand for a short city break stay.

We were for eight days at the hotel in the July of 2021. The room was a bit little and there wasn't refrigerator in it what was a problem because of the high temperature (38 Celsius), and we can't refrigate our drinks. But we solved that problem. Anyway, the reception was good. There were two guy and a girl, who were very patient, and good in English. They understand me. But the last night there were a guy, who was very very bad in English, and the problem was about my question. I. questioned about the transfer and luggage room, and he didn't give me good answer, just mumbled something, and we were a bit confused, but one of the three guy were at the morning, and he said everything correctly and goodly. So he didn't leaved us in trouble. It was a good trip, and everything were great. The meals were great and everything was tasty. Good experience for in total.

Muy buena atención con estupendas instalaciones y un gran trato del personal con un muy buen precio. Muy buen desayuno de buffet libre con gran variedad . Los colchones estupendos y cómodos.Limpieza estupenda. La terraza de la habitación es muy grande y el ambiente del lugar es tranquilo con tiendas de todo tipo.

Gostei do pequeno almoço, perfeito. Estava tudo limpo e funcionários atentos. As rececionistas muito atenciosas e simpáticas,sempre disponíveis para o que solicitei. Não gostei de ver jovens bebados na entrada do hotel. Reconheço que não têm culpa.

Muy limpio, habitación amplia, buen personal y buen desayuno. Tienen una localización buena y lo pasamos muy bien. Es verdad en no fuimos en temporada alta y pudimos estar tranquilos en la piscina. Además el precio fue bastante asequible. Con muchas ganas de volver.

Hotel maravilloso, desayuno genial,comodidad, buena atención, tanto Paula como el argentino en recepción genial. Volveré sin duda a este maravilloso hotel q le pondría 4☆, tiene 3 estrellas, pero le pondría 4. Genial genial, lo recomiendo.

L’hôtel est dans la zone « S’Arenal » à 15 min de Palma mais proche d’arrêts de bus qui amènent à certaines cala du sud ouest. Chambre très propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Petit déjeuner correcte mais mieux vaut arriver avant 10h. Personnel à l’accueil top et bienveillant. 1er soir la Clim ne fonctionnait pas mais elle été réparé le lendemain. Piscine (*une culotte flottait au fond de l’eau) et les abords ne sont pas très propres. La piscine ferme à 19h et ce n’était pas précisé sur le site ce qui est dommage. Forte odeur de canalisation au réveil le matin l’hôtel est vieux et mérite d’être rénové. Hôtel bruyant avec un sacré vis à vis des hôtels tout autour impossible de se mettre en terrasse par ex. Connexion wifi ne fonctionne pas toujours en chambre j’étais au 4eme étage. Personnel du bar de la piscine et l’équipe du petit déjeuner exécrable! Je voulais commander au bar à boire je me fais arrêter en mode: “Zapata!” une maman entre avec son gamin sans sandale et on ne lui dit rien. Moi en revanche je me crier dessus c’est normal ce genre de comportement?! Un matin je vais au petit dej je finis mon plat et je commence à manger un fruit n’ayant plus faim je pars avec le fruit et je me fais arrêter avec une énorme pancarte me disant que je ne peux pas emporter le fruit que j’ai en bouche. Que je sache j’ai payé le petit dej c’est dans ma formule! Je vous déconseille cet hôtel pour toutes ces raisons.
