Ulasan Berjaya Makati Hotel

Theh are having water shortage like lkterally we cannot use the toilet and we habe to request for water to deliver for us manually. We were not informed during check in of such situation. Now, we are askkn for refund, they keep on rejecting the cancellation request. Tha hotel is mabaho and trash.

Best hotel i stay in Makati for my business trip because the location and comfort bed sheet with friendly staff..

Need to call them everyday for the complementary water. One day even after calling, didn't receive the water.

Almost 6th or 7th stay at Berjaya Makati. Always feels like home away from home Courteous front desk staff under the supervision of Den. And above all the security/concierge staff always welcome you with a smile and warmth. Great place to have cold beer after a hot day outside.

The hotel location is in the middle of the city and very accessible to all shops and mall

The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay, always ensuring it was spotless and well-organized. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s amenities. The swimming pool was pristine, offering a perfect spot to unwind, while the fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines. The spa services were top-notch, providing a truly rejuvenating experience. The hotel’s restaurants also exceeded my expectations, serving delicious meals with a great variety of options. Breakfast was a delightful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, catering to different dietary preferences. The location was ideal, conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation hubs. Whether exploring the city or simply relaxing at the hotel, I always felt at ease. The staff’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart.

Elevator is too old and takes so long time. Rooms need to be check cause of some water leaking and mat dirty.

Over all experience was great with the staff and the room itself, the room is clean and cozy, no problem at all. If there needs to be improved is the elevator, we understand that it’s a holiday and there are more customers at all but make sure that all three elevators should work so that we will not be hassled or the other guests.

Great location! Attentive staff. Spacious room. But the hotel needs maintenance. There was only 1 elevator working out of the 3 and we were on the 26th floor.
