Location near restaurants and entertainments place and the room was clean with nice bedsheets..

Almost 6th or 7th stay at Berjaya Makati. Always feels like home away from home Courteous front desk staff under the supervision of Den. And above all the security/concierge staff always welcome you with a smile and warmth. Great place to have cold beer after a hot day outside.

The hotel location is in the middle of the city and very accessible to all shops and mall

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful sleep. I especially appreciated the little details—soft bathrobes, complimentary refreshments, and a well-stocked minibar. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay, always ensuring it was spotless and well-organized. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s amenities. The swimming pool was pristine, offering a perfect spot to unwind, while the fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines. The spa services were top-notch, providing a truly rejuvenating experience. The hotel’s restaurants also exceeded my expectations, serving delicious meals with a great variety of options. Breakfast was a delightful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, catering to different dietary preferences. The location was ideal, conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation hubs. Whether exploring the city or simply relaxing at the hotel, I always felt at ease. The staff’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart.

Elevator is too old and takes so long time. Rooms need to be check cause of some water leaking and mat dirty.

Over all experience was great with the staff and the room itself, the room is clean and cozy, no problem at all. If there needs to be improved is the elevator, we understand that it’s a holiday and there are more customers at all but make sure that all three elevators should work so that we will not be hassled or the other guests.

Great location! Attentive staff. Spacious room. But the hotel needs maintenance. There was only 1 elevator working out of the 3 and we were on the 26th floor.

Service wise, was average. Staff was friendly and the location is just next door to century city shopping mall. Food is readily available around, and the night life was lively around the location. Amenities wise is poor, bathroom door is broken and cannot be locked. There’s only 1 elevator serving the whole 26 storey building. Everyone is seen racing to go into the elevator and there’s no initiative by the maintenance team to fix the problem especially, and knowing the fact that there are a lot of visitors going in and out during this festive period.

The whole hotel is nice and feels comfortable. The location is way far to city proper and you have to travel about 10-15 minutes to train station which consumes a lot of time.

This was an emergency booking and we are glad they had rooms available. The hotel is very old but not too badly maintained actually. It was properly cleaned. The service was commendable. They allowed us to pick the room of our choice because we had huge bags. But old is old so it’s not for everyone.

Had a nice stay in this hotel. The carpet has a huge stain that makes the room so dirty. However. I still recommend this place.

Staff 💯 friendly and helpful, Staff A+ Rooms to noisy if want good sleep on the same of life and also all 25 above. Issue with bed sheets, unsightly mark when pulled cover back, the quickly them. But had to change rooms ..01 due to noise to the other side, which was great ..05 but water burster in bathroom, about 30 mins into another on 26th floor, but after 10 mins the humming from multiple outside air con units, plus thin glass, then add the vibration of the music from the roof top bar, that wasn't going to be a good night, off another back on 23rd floor - the shower drain wasn't draining. So rooms stay on 24th or below floors and the same of the lane way and should be fine. Staff were amazing.

It was a great stay overall, it's just the pool and the smell of chlorine is unbearable.
