perfect there is a nice pool and two meals per day and there is a balcony in room the location is also good you can walk to beach in ten minutes and there are many bus station near the hotel

We went for the all inclusive option and it made our experience so much more worth it! The food was delicious, and sangria on tap!! The room was cleaned every day and the beds were very comfortable.

Good quality/price ratio. Excellent stuff. However, breakfast buffet quality acceptable but a year ago in 2023 was better.

Nice hotel for the price. Staff extremely friendly. Absolutely no issues. Only problem, wanted to stay a little longer, but they were fully booked 👌

Très bel hôtel, les équipements sont incroyable notamment le spa et le sauna. Cependant il y’a des problèmes d’insonorisation c’est le seul soucis

El hotel es muy antiguo, las camas no son muy cómodas, estuvimos 3 días y no cambiaron la papelera del baño ningún día y el día que nos íbamos llegaron a limpiar la habitación a las 8:40 cuando teníamos la hora de salida a las 11:00, la comida aunque no estaba mala era muy poco variada y escasa, me alojé en pensión completa y hemos hecho todos los días el almuerzo fuera, en general la experiencia regular, podría mejorar mucho

Todo bien aunque la cena poca variedad, aunque por el precio está todo bastante bien de instalaciones y de limpieza.

Where do I start, just returned from a trip Friday to Monday with my daughter and mother in law we stayed at this hotel flew with Jet2. Firstly the Aircon, or lack of, really needs an upgrade, pretty much non existent in the rooms and bar area. Talking about the bar, drinks were average, small and a pain having to queue every time you want another, also a 2 drink rule in place but as one of us had to stay with my daughter meant queuing twice. Not enough outdoor seating for evening entertainment the hotel wasn't really busy but the time we were there couldn't get a seat outside which meant sat inside in the stifling hot bar or restaurant. The food, more queues, this may just be what to expect from all inclusive holidays, I haven't been all inclusive for a few years, not a lot of range in the food, plenty of salad and chips though if you want to eat the same every night. Breakfast was cooked breakfast, same each day, cereal option and yoghurt. Be prepared to queue for a table, queue to get food and queue to leave. Hotel was clean in the main areas although we had ants and beetles in the room. Pool was Baltic a and busy but beach isn't far away but also very very busy. I'm sure if you've been reading reviews on this hotel you'll see people mentioning the cockerels, they crow all day and all night relentlessly, sometimes I could ignore them but they will wake you up at about 2am and crow all day. So to sum up, would I stay here again.... Probably not personally but it wasn't the end of the world for the short stay that we did.

We really enjoyed our stay here.We came with an open mind as we paid less than other hotels in Mallorca we have stayed in. The rooms were very clean and modern and were serviced every day.The whole hotel is kept in great condition all round and the layout is very good.Each of the two buildings has a pool. The quieter of the two is across the road where we were and it suited us perfectly.While we were there it was mostly occupied by Spanish holiday makers with some European and British.Due to this the food and entertainment was more suited to the majority clientele but was fine.The all inclusive package was good and yes by the main pool bar, you would get foamy lager in a plastic cup but in the evening bar upstairs, a nice glass and quality lager and cocktails that were made up and not from a machine.Same if you wanted coffee they make one up not from a press button machine. Location was good also,away from the busy centre but only a 10 minute walk away.The main hotel building is surrounded by trees and the Cockerells can be heard every morning and we enjoyed this but some people seemed not to. All in all we had a great stay and would consider using this nice hotel again.
