Absolutely loved the hotel. Spotlessly clean, wonderful friendly staff throughout. Three nice gym workout areas and an outside pool. Never a problem getting a sun lounge or seats in the outside coffee bar. Excellent choice of food for both breakfast and dinner buffets, varied every night for the 8 nights we stayed. Great choice of food for vegetarians too. Really comfortable beds. Cannot recommend the hotel enough.

Très déçu. Je suis passer par Voyage privé pour un séjour d’1 semaine en couple. Je faisait confiance à cette plateforme pour proposer des hôtels de qualité et j’ai été très déçu. Dans un premier temps, les lits sont très dur et inconfortable, la seule chose qui a améliorer la chambre c’est le supplément vue mer que j’ai payé. Deuxièmement, Aucune ambiance, très décevant pour un mois de juillet, un restaurant vraiment pas bon. Nous étions en demi pension mais mangions tout le temps dans les restaurants en bord de plage d’El ****nal qui sont très bon. Les taxes de séjour sont excessives et les excursions proposé par l’hôtel sont excessive il vaux mieux passer par GetYourGuide. Pour finir le personnel n’es pas très aimable. Très déçu pour un voyage à 1800€ à deux vol inclus j’aurais mieux fais de les mettres ailleurs

We had a week here in September and having read the bad reviews we weren't holding much hope! The hotel itself is basic, manageable though, we, as a family of 4 slept and had everything we needed in the room for what time we'd spend in it. The balcony faced onto an adjoining hotel pool and back alley so no pretty views for us, disappointed, but again, we got by as we really just needed a room The pool was small and there definitely aren't enough sun loungers! We were the only English for the majority of our stay (1 week) and numerous times we got told to keep quiet in the pool, (baring in mind my girls are 11 and 12 so not exactly loud and boisterous kids) The food was repetitive but we got by, it was served warm , never hot and we soon realised why the microwaves were there! Also having to queue at dinner time for a table wasn't ideal! The all inclusive drinks are limited to wine and lager and the €1 deposit for a cup could be somewhat frustrating when kids asked to go for a drink and we didn't have cash by the pool! The snacks were ham & cheese sandwiches, made up in morning and left all day and some sweet pastries, again left all day! No ice cream/lollies included in all inclusive. The entertainment was very limited, the one guy tried his best but it didn't keep many (if any) entertained! No kids entertainment at all for any age! We couldn't fault the staff , they did their job and the cleaners kept our room tidy each day! The hotel is about 10 min walk from an amazing beach (up hill walk back) with plenty of bars and shops along the way! We would visit this part of Majorca again but not at the same hotel, it's not quite as unbareable as some say but it's the worst we've stayed at

I am currently on holiday at this hotel. I am not happy with staff in the restaurant so rude! Been here 2 days so far and I have never had an experience like it! You feel like you are being watched there is no welcome at all from anyone! The pool on the roof is so small the picture makes it look big but I am 5 foot and it comes to my waist it’s about 3 by 2 meters! We are half board and at dinner you get no drinks not even water you have to pay! I am disappointed it is not what I was sold at all, hotel needs a facelift. The only good thing is the staff that clean the rooms they are full of smiles and make you feel welcome, reception staff are nice too. Main pool is a good size, If you are all inclusive that does not include the roof top bar do bare that in mind. I WOULD NOT COME AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Das whala!fun liegt am Hafen von El Arenal in einer der etwas ruhigeren Straßen. Das Hotelpersonal war durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommend und sprach sogar teilweise deutsch. Die Zimmer sind zwar recht klein, doch stets sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Unser persönliches Highlight war die Dachterasse, die man Ende September fast ganz für sich alleine hat. Dort kann man prima den ganzen Tag verbringen, kann sich nach Belieben mit kühlen Getränken von der Bar oder einem kleinen Snack verwöhnen lassen. Die großzügigen Liegen und der Pool laden zum Entspannen ein und auch abends kann man dort noch einen Absacker trinken und den Tag gemütlich mit einem Blick auf den schönen Hafen ausklingen lassen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis konnte uns auch absolut überzeugen. Danke!

Lovely and clean hotel but shouldn't really be advertised as all inclusive as there is the 6 drinks only per person rule each day due to the new rules introduced in the area, you can have 3 alcoholic drinks with lunch and the same with your evening meal and that doesn't include spirits, it's just local wine or beer, anything other than that you have to pay for, we knew this before going but not everyone did, a very small area to socialise after your evening meal so once the 5 tables have gone you have to either go back up to your room or go elsewhere, the view from some of the rooms are awful, we changed rooms 3 times but had a nice room in the end, most of the staff are friendly, the food is as you'd expect, breakfast was lovely, the area itself is more orientated towards the Germans and all the bars are German bars so to watch the English football was an issue, the view from the rooftop bar is stunning however your not allowed to take your drinks up there and the drinks that are served there are around 6 euros each, the beach is beautiful but was hassled a lot by vendors selling there wares, you get what you pay for so was fairly happy 😊

This is the 6th or 7th time I have stayed at the hotel. I used to go with a travel agency, now I go by myself. It is enough to agree with the owner of the hotel Jordi - a very nice and caring person. The hotel staff will always provide you with the necessary assistance and information. The hotel is a bit old fashioned but it has its own charm. Food choice is never a problem. Breakfasts are generally repetitive, but dinners are great. Many thanks to the chefs and waitresses. The room is always clean, clean towels every day. Air conditioning, refrigerator, internet in the room. You are paying for the price of a 3* hotel, so don't expect 4-5* hotel services. In general, the hotel is very quiet, few families with loud children travel. Sometimes - a little noisy company of young people, but they mostly come for 2-3 days in the summer holidays. The proximity is full of shops and restaurants, car, motorcycle, bicycle rentals, to the center of Palma 20-30 minutes by bus (No. 23, 25), to the airport 25 minutes by bus A2, to the beach 10-15 minutes on foot. The choice is yours, come and see for yourself.

Although very few groups occupied this hotel, the hotel services were absolutely 100% (primarily food, pool, billiard etc. Clean public spaces, very modernly equipped. Big advantage was the 24h reception for late night check-in. The only negative I found was the room. I mean very poorly soundproofed windows and walls between the rooms and the street (we had room in 1st floor) and absence of blankets. Only thing similar to blankets was a dirty duvet in the closet. I know that for better room you have to pay. It’s same as for TV, Wi-Fi and AC there but that isn’t important - where is it different? In conclusion, I must appreciate the hotel staff, who were always available and willing.

Der Service sowie das Essen waren gut für den Preis, reichlich Auswahl und frisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist fast direkt am Strand, jedoch ist es schwierig einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Der Balkon vom Zimmer hat einen seitlichen Meerblick gehabt. Empfehlenswert für einen günstigen Aufenthalt in Arenal.

Cozy and quite renovated hotel few steps away from the beach (it is much closer than it looks on google maps! :D) Hotel was clean and well looked after. Naturally there were some damages in the room but it was nothing that would make the stay unconfortable. The room service was quite nice as both times we left the note to clean the room and it was ready by the time we got back from the beach. Sadly there was no breakfast service, but there was an amazing bakery nearby! Great hotel 5 out of 5 stars!
