Agréablement surpris, bel hôtel confortable, les chambres exécutives sont spacieuses, bien décorées, bien équipées. La literie confortable, une grande salle de bain. Grande salle de congrès au sous sol. Le personnel est aussi très sympa. J’ai pu manger au restaurant Formule buffet, bon et diversifié. Je reviendrai.

A very pleasant 4 night stay. Nice rooms, good breakfast and descent dining options. Helpful and polite staff. Special thanks to Soumaya, that head of the conciege. She arranged two day trips for us and she booked us tables to the nicest restaurants in the city. Very attentive and always with a huge smile.

Upon my initial check-in at the hotel, I was met with a reception that I found to be disappointing and quite cold, which was uncharacteristic of the 4 or 5-star reputation the establishment is known for. The service staff at the front desk failed to deliver the warm welcome and professional service that one would typically anticipate from a hotel of such high standing. In spite of the initial letdown, the hotel quickly turned the situation around and demonstrated impeccable damage control and service recovery, following a letter of complaint I sent to the management expressing my dissatisfaction. I must particularly commend the hotel's Operations Manager and Room Supervisor, who provided highly accommodating and service-oriented attention. Their efforts transformed my initial reservations into a positive outlook towards the hotel. I am grateful for their exceptional service orientation and would recommend this hotel to others based on this stellar recovery.

Thanks to Ahmed for such recommendation, and provided care. We fail in love with such customer service care by all team members specially guest relation manager Wissal! She went beyond the expectations and exceeded it specially when we shared our food feed back. The fact that people care about your feed back and go the extra mile to fix its something we dont see often in tunisia. Keep it up and soon you will be number one in town !

Room was basic but fine. Aircon worked and the shower was good. Bed was very stiff, which was perfect for me, and the blackout curtains were welcome. Bathroom sink was slow to drain and the toilet paper was cheap (but not the worst). Breakfast was uninspiring (no buffet during my stay, presumably due to low numbers), but the omelette was decent and hot. Would have liked a decent loose leaf peppermint tea, or a Turkish coffee. Front desk were helpful, particularly Ines. I did get ripped off by the taxi called for me by the hotel, which I must take some responsibility for, but it would be better service to supply fair and reasonably taxi services to guests. Location was good, 5 min drive from the airport.
