Hotel dengan WiFi di El Khadra

Upon my initial check-in at the hotel, I was met with a reception that I found to be disappointing and quite cold, which was uncharacteristic of the 4 or 5-star reputation the establishment is known for. The service staff at the front desk failed to deliver the warm welcome and professional service that one would typically anticipate from a hotel of such high standing. In spite of the initial letdown, the hotel quickly turned the situation around and demonstrated impeccable damage control and service recovery, following a letter of complaint I sent to the management expressing my dissatisfaction. I must particularly commend the hotel's Operations Manager and Room Supervisor, who provided highly accommodating and service-oriented attention. Their efforts transformed my initial reservations into a positive outlook towards the hotel. I am grateful for their exceptional service orientation and would recommend this hotel to others based on this stellar recovery.

كانت الاقامة جميله... الموظفين راقين وخدومين والغرفة مريحه جدا واسعه والاستقبال كان رائع والله من اجمل الفنادق في تونس الجميله😍 والخدمه حلوه جميل مطل على البحيره مكان رائع وهادئ كل شي في الفندق جميل اشكر الموظفه سميه على معاملتها الطيبه واستقبالها الرائع معاي ❤

離機場挺近，出行也還算方便；名字好記（很意外這個也是加分項嗎？語言不通…這個名字似乎很多人知道，包括的士司機，所以…），工作人員很友善。 附近有一些大使館，所以這一片應該是比較安全的。比較推薦～

Cet hôtel est parfait mais je vais argumenter.déja quand on arrive a l'hôtel une personne nous accueille et a prioris un garde reste toute la nuit pour surveiller les véhicules de la clientèle.une fois arrivé l'hôtel est très luxueux et un très bon wifi a disposition qui marche super bien et avec une ascenseur pour monter a la chambre et dans la chambre quand on arrive il y'a des fruits comme des oranges et des dattes etc et dans la chambre le carlage était très jolie avec aussi une baignoire ensuite nous sommes descendus de nos chambres pour aller manger et la nourriture est très bonne.il y'a aussi une salle de réunion et un business center avec plein d'ordinateur et le petit déjeuner est pareil très bon avec une grande variété et plein de jus différents proposés.il y'a aussi un spa et une piscine a disposition pour les clients mais il faut aller dans le bâtiment d'en faire tout est écrit sur un papier qui est dans la chambre et l'hôtel dispose aussi de toilette propre

Les lits ne sont pas du tout confortable hôtel basic juste l’emplacement est top

Hotel liegt zentral und ist nicht weit vom Flughafen Tunis Carthage entfernt. Personal ist immer sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wurden vor kurzem neu renoviert. Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt sehr gut. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

She went beyond the expectations and exceeded it specially when we shared our food feed back. The fact that people care about your feed back and go the extra mile to fix its something we dont see often in tunisia. Keep it up and soon you will be number one in town !

Pangsapuri ini berada 11 km dari Pantai La Goulette dan 6 km dari Tunisia Private University.Selesakan diri anda dalam pangsapuri ini, menampilkan sebuah dapur dengan sebuah peti sejuk serta sebuah dapur. Terdapat balkoni persendirian.Akses Internet wayarles percuma tersedia untuk memastikan anda kekal terhubung.Kemudahan termasuk sebuah ketuhar gelombang mikro dan sebuah cerek elektrik.

Agréablement surpris, bel hôtel confortable, les chambres exécutives sont spacieuses, bien décorées, bien équipées. La literie confortable, une grande salle de bain. Grande salle de congrès au sous sol. Le personnel est aussi très sympa. J’ai pu manger au restaurant Formule buffet, bon et diversifié. Je reviendrai.
