We loved our stay at Seda Lio! The staff were hospitable and accommodating especially with our requests since I have a special needs son. It has a clean environment and easily accessible to the airport. Seda Lio has a serene and relaxing environment. It has restaurants near the area too. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 4 nights, and had our prenup photoshoot, the entire stay was amazing,., Hope to visit again at your hotel, thank you so much for the amazing experience Seda Lio.

Everything was top notch - room, service, food, location. Beach and bar area also great. We did a whole day private boat trip via the resort with 8 of us family members and it was well worth the cost for a private boat. Eat at Mediterranean at Lio Village. I’m the food was fab!

Place is kinda far from the center but they have helpful staff.Tricycle is only up until 10pm. So if you are planning to go out better leave earlier. Thank you so much for accommodating us.

I had several bookings which meant hopping from one room category to another. Thankfully, they made arrangements for my convenience. This spells customer care. 🤩 I like the suite room, it suits me.

Very impressed with Seda Lio. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and gets out of their way to make the guests comfortable and happy. Even helped us have our wet clothes dried as were leaving the following morning. One of the staff took our clothes to the nearby laundrymat and returned it to us all dry and folded. We loved the pool - big and clean. Brekafast buffet was great as well.

Good hotel, near for restaurants, nice beach and activities

It’s super amazing place & excellent services. They upgraded Me from deluxe room to suite room❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ But sad to say when I arrived WiFi on & off sometimes no connection that’s why I was not able to do my homework but I’m total it’s very good❤️ Delicious food in acceptable prices & very accommodating staff. It’s given the location is far from the downtown but the staff are very pleased to assist if you need everything especially the transportation. Kudos to the kuya guard & the staff who helped me😘😘😘 i

This has to be the best hotel I stayed at in the Philippines and I stayed in 14. It has a stunning beach, gorgeous pool, great food, with fantastic rooms with so many extra perks……the staff can’t do enough to make your stay perfect and they all do exactly that. I had sun burn on my shoulder and they made sure I was seen to straight away and gave me aloe Vera to ease the pain……never experienced this in any other hotel. Love this place…….and Mark the duty manager was just the best.

Wonderfull hotel that offers great value for money! The staff is very friendly and the scenery of the hotel is amazing. In addition the small town next to the hotel with nice restaurants and bars is a big plus!

Beautiful located hotel away from hustle and bustle but close enough to get into town. A bit dated the hotel rooms especially bathroom but otherwise nice. Atmosphere is lacking but could have been a quiet period that I was there. Staff very lovely and beach incredible!
