I would give -3 stars if I could. We booked this place via ***********. When we checked in, the woman at the reception already gave us an impression that she didn’t care about her guests. She told us we can choose a room either without window or without hot water. Mind you that information wasn’t mentioned on the website when we booked the room. So we chose the one without openable window. Fast forward 3 minutes, the woman lead us to the room, she opened the door, the room smelled mouldy and guess what, it’s full of black mould especially around the skirting boards and the non openable window. It’s absolutely horrendous. I can not imagine anyone staying in that room for a night, let alone 3 nights for us. And I am pregnant. It’s an absolute health and safety hazard. We asked for a cancellation right after. The woman who seemed to be the owner said she can’t do it, I’ll have to do it via *********** which I tried multiple times. *********** claimed that the room is booked via a partner so they can’t help us. We went back to the hotel and told the woman about our situation with ***********. She again told us if we ask *********** to cancel the room she would accept the cancellation. It’s going nowhere, she probably knows that’s impossible to guest to request a cancellation and refund. There you go £100 into her pocket without lifting a finger. This is pure deception and fraud. This place is literally rotting to the core. Booking this place is basically contributing to their scam. After being scammed by the first hotel in El Nido on the same day, we came across this hotel and it’s another scam. Two in a row, lucky day! Please do all other tourists a favour, don’t stay here. If you look at other negative reviews about this place, you will see how little they care about anything else but your wallet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO INHALE BLACK MOLD SPORES. THEY WON’T REFUND A SINGLE PENNY TO YOU.
