This hotel is very convenient, the breakfast is very good and the rooms are clean. I recommend it!

Asked to cancel the reservation many days before date of stay since the trip was cancelled due to the international electronic bug and they would not refund. Reservation was for an elderly person that has diminished capability and they could not understand the situation. Very disappointed for such a big chain of hotels.

The hotel is well presented and the staff are eager to assist. On check-in amenities were explained, the morning shuttle service to the airport was offered and booked and enquiries were made if there were any other requirements. When I entered the room, it was spacious, clean and most importantly quiet. Meals in the restaurant were reasonably priced, the menu offered a good choice to suit most tastes and service was good. The only downside was location and that really depends on whether you wanted the convenience of being close to the airport or you wanted some time in the city prior to your departure.

We got a free upgrade to a suite. The services are quite good. I love this hotel.

Outdated, a little bit noisy, and towels need renewal. Great breakfast hall, with really polite people! Reception could have been faster with check-in- especially during the late-night.

剛剛checkout，我説一下酒店吧，我相信選這家酒店就是中轉一下，我也是，主要是離機場近並且有機場shuttlebus。很多評論裏沒有講從機場怎樣找到shuttlebus，我來説一下希望有幫助：我們落地在T1（據介紹T2有酒店指示牌，我沒有走過），打電話給酒店前台，自動語音回覆説T1的shuttle bus在Parking G， 在T1裏跟隨P-G的指示牌，走到PG，迷惑的是那個區域都是酒店接機去的，有顯示牌顯示酒店的名字，但是沒有這家酒店的名字，打電話問酒店前台，特別不好轉人工，問了一下其他酒店接機的司機，司機説是在這個地方。大概等了20分鐘、酒店車到了。當然去機場就很方便了。 另外酒店前台提供冰水，我正好感冒嗓子幹癢，感覺很有用。 酒店比較安靜，周邊沒有商業，最好就在巴塞機場買些吃的。

酒店地理環境很好，就在機場的附近，即使我們的航班在凌晨12時才抵達機場也很快有接駁車，酒店職員對待客人，10分殷勤！ 可是酒店10分殘夠，房間衛生亦是一般，20多年的歷史是時候需要進行大翻身！ 酒店的早餐非常好，值回票價！

朝5時過ぎにチェックインしなくてはならない便だったので空港に近い送迎をしてくれるホテルを選びました　一泊1人の値段としてはかなりお高かったですが客室の広さや施設の充実度はお値段相応で高級でした　地下鉄からアクセスして徒歩7分とありましたが少し歩いたなという感じがありました　近隣はロジ基地のような場所で何もなくディナーをレストランでとりましたがサービスも内容も良かったです　外国では仕方ないのかもしれませんがシャンプーを使うと髪がギシギシなのでコンディショナーも欲しい　この値段のクラスならアメニティは少しマシのが欲しかった チェックインアウトともにとても感じの良い従業員さんばかりでした　朝食付きですが早朝のため紙袋にサンドイッチバナナ、ジュース、水とコーヒーを目の前で入れてくれシャトル待ちの間に広々なロビーで食べました

價格較高且不含早餐，周邊吃早餐不方便。 好處是可以寄存行李以及機場巴士

공항에서 아주 가까웠고, 셔틀버스 서비스가 재공되어 공항으로 이동이 아주 수월하였음 조식뷔페도 상당히 만족 스러웠음 한가지 아쉬운 점은 냉장고안의 생수캔 하나가 오픈되어 있어 다시 요청해야하는 불편함이 있었음
