Ulasan Anji Muyun Valley·Star Camping Villa (Hello Kitty Paradise)

I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

Best place to stay for relaxing

The gampling-bbq area and service is very nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. There is electric charging station in the hotel which makes it easy for logistics in the area. The outside area is still under construction which makes some areas like the pool zoone a bit messy and dirty. The rooms are nice but they are missing wardrobe or places to put the clothes, and the finishing and clealingness could be improved for the price we pay. The breakfast is quite limited (boiled egg, rice pourridge, pickled veggies and corn). There is no restaurant inside the hotel which is unconvenient. Luckily there is a local restaurant 2 minutes by car and the food is quite good and cheap.

Even though we would have enjoyed our stay a lot more if we had a car, our stay at Muyun Valley was really special. The service is excellent and the hosts make you feel at home and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

環境：定了竹林裏面的房間，去的時候正好下雨，感覺另有一番滋味 在裏面拍拍照片什麼的都很好，環境也不錯，還有一個美麗的咖啡館，要是天氣好的話更加不錯～

此次入住體驗感真的很棒，很滿意，獨門獨院的房間很安靜。前台小姐姐很熱情，照顧的也周到，孩子們玩的非常開心，很好的一次旅行。

在杭州待久了，總覺得生活節奏快了許多，人也變得急躁。但是這個被竹林環繞的山谷裏的民宿，人變得安靜了，也放鬆了許多。很喜歡這裏安靜的環境，我和男朋友在邊上的登山步道上邊走邊聊天，晚上在星空下的草坪BBQ，喝喝酒暢聊至深夜。邊上總能時不時聽到蟲鳴鳥叫彷佛迴歸到了小時候的鄉村生活。臨走前，我們在民宿的餐廳吃上了正宗的安吉本地菜，味道正宗，也很美味，也給這場愉快的旅行畫上了一個完美的句號

安吉這家民宿位於山谷，位置很私密又清涼，真的很喜歡。我們帶着孩子出來的，在這裏小孩可以到民宿門口的營地玩，解放了家長，我們大人在門口的水池喂喂金魚，這個畫面真的很幸福，彷佛時間都慢下來了。工作人員真的很熱情，入駐前會聯繫我們當地的天氣情況和周邊玩的攻略，為我們規劃一天的遊玩線路，真的很用心。等到暑假的時候還想帶着父母一起來，體驗山裡的生活和看看山谷裏的風景真的很愜意又自由。

接待的小紅姐很熱情，辦理入住後帶着我們徑直去了房間，介紹了房間的用品設備等，退房時還贈送了茶葉。隔着窗，一眼望去，就是碧水青山，景色很養眼，放鬆極了。樓下是咖啡廳，可以餵魚，體驗竹筏。早餐很豐盛，都是村裡阿姨自己做的菜，很美味。漫步在山莊裡，你還能看見不怕雨水的憨憨小黑狗。在這裏住上幾天，愜意的很！ 建議：洗漱台邊上可以放一個肥皂的小碟子

酒店環境很美。小朋友餵魚很開心。管家服務很熱情。美中不足，房間浴缸漏水，室外浴缸要注意關閉，不然會導致樓下發大水。

酒店環境不錯，但是管家服務不夠主動，然後就是不適合腿腳不便的人，居住太分散，還要爬坡，腿腳不便的避免
