Hotel El Segundo dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

It was an enjoyable stay with Fairfield Inn, at El Segundo. The service from the front desk, to the cafeteria staff during the breakfast to the airport shuttle service were great! All of them were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room was smaller than we expected but acceptable. Otherwise, the whole experience was great.

Our plane arrived around 8pm at LAX. We were told to call for shuttle after picking up our luggage which we did. After my wife (69) and I (72) stood and sat in 46 degree weather for about an hour and a half the shuttle finally showed up. And it passed right by us about 45 minutes earlier. We finally got to our room and in bed around 11pm. We had to rise at 3am for a 5:40 flight, so we didn't get but around 4 minus hours of sleep. Absolutely ridiculous that anyone much less senior people had to wait that long for a shuttle to their hotel. Worst time we have ever had with a hotel stay.

Very nice and quiet, staff is very friendly. The room is very big and spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable. You can Bluetooth your phone to the bathroom mirror and listen to your music.

Parking was $20 per night, not $10 as advertised. Other than that, our stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, our room was very spacious, it was clean and there was an abundance of amenities.

Unfortunately I had to change rooms twice! The first room was next to a noisy ventilation/ac machine, I did not even unpack my case. The receptionist kindly moved me to another room, in fact it was more like an upgrade. I unpacked and I had half a pizza from early on. I had put it on the side next to the tv. I went to get a slice and the whole of the tops of the cabinets had ants all over it. I had to get out of that room. They gave me a complimentary breakfast for the next morning. They obviously have an ongoing problem because they have other reviews exactly the same as this.

Hotel ini ok tetapi sangat bersih. Segala-galanya ditandakan apabila dibasmi kuman kerana pandemik COVID-19 jadi itu sangat melegakan fikiran. Saya tinggal di sana semasa pembinaan sedang berjalan kerana mereka sedang mengubah suai. Ia adalah bising pada siang hari sebelum itu jadi saya mendaftar keluar sebelum tarikh daftar keluar. Kakitangan di sana baik dan peramah. Terima kasih khas kepada lelaki meja depan pada waktu malam (tidak ingat namanya) kerana menukar anak perempuan saya dan saya daripada bilik bersambung kepada bilik biasa tanpa pintu bersambung. Saya menyatakan bahawa saya seorang wanita, & hanya saya dan anak perempuan saya yang berumur 12 tahun, saya tidak berasa selesa dengannya dan dia menukar bilik kami TANPA RAGU. Terima kasih tuan! Saya harap saya ingat nama awak!

The location of hotel is pretty close to LAX airport, only take 5 or 6 stations to there. It's also very convenient with Starbucks, 7-11, Ralphs supermarket and in-n-out burger,...so on. Basically, you don't need to worry about eating at all. Price is cheap. The most I appreciated is about the service. When I arrived and check-in like 10am, the reception didn't ask me to pay for additional ”early check-in”. It's was amazing. (I paid this in my previous experience in other hotel) By the way, each half hour, there is a free shuttle from hotel to airport. Awesome! Definitely, I suggest you to book this hotel once you are looking for a stay in LA.

Disappointing Stay Due to Loud Protests Outside the Hotel My recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn (Oct 16 - Oct 19) was far from the peaceful and relaxing experience I expected. While the hotel itself met expectations in terms of amenities and service, the major issue was the daily loud protests that started at 7 a.m. right outside our window. This disrupted our rest every single morning and seriously impacted our ability to enjoy our holiday. We raised the issue with the front desk and were informed that the protests, organized by hotel employees demanding better contracts and wage increases, were beyond the hotel’s control. While I understand labor issues are complex, this response was disappointing, especially since the hotel made no effort to offer compensation or accommodate us in a quieter room. I find it unreasonable that guests are not informed about such ongoing disruptions prior to booking, especially when the noise is so significant and starts early in the morning. For the price we paid, I expected Hilton to prioritize guest comfort and offer some form of compensation or resolution, but none was provided. If you’re planning a stay here, be aware of potential disruptions from external factors that seem to go unaddressed. For now, I cannot recommend this location due to their lack of consideration for guest experience during a time of such disturbance.
