I always use this hotel, the facilities are really good, good service and breakfast

Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

Great sized rooms, amazing stay in experience. Friendly reception team, they were kind to offer a partial river view for one of the rooms (subject to availability). Umbrella on request, 24/7 free (self) laundry service, and free late night food service in the included benefits of my booking. The location is convenient, easy to walk to the Art Museum and other local interesting sites. The area is busy though, so just keep this in mind depending on the season you book. For general flower viewing, visit Wuhan in the first half of March. Thank you!

I had a great stay! The location is perfect, and the view of the waterfront is magical. The service was so warm and friendly, specifically Cherry was super helpful and helped us organise a stunning evening river cruise. Would stay here again👍

超讚的早餐體驗，開啟元氣滿滿一天！  必須誇爆十堰四季國際酒店的早餐！種類超豐富，中式的熱粥、包子、麪條香氣撲鼻，西式的麪包、培根、煎蛋精緻美味，還有新鮮的水果、現磨咖啡和各類飲品任選。食材都很新鮮，口感絕佳，工作人員服務也特別貼心，及時補充食物、清理餐桌。每天早上在環境雅緻的餐廳享用這樣的早餐，心情都變得格外舒暢！強烈推薦給來十堰出差或旅遊的朋友們，絕對是酒店加分項！

Room Cleanliness was ok, but has smoke smell upon entering and bathroom shower area has some molds. Amenities delivery were very prompt. Housekeeping attendant asked for laundry service but real intention was to make up the room even though already specified we will call when we ready. This was common practice which we knew everytime we travel, so pls stop asking this. Hotel in overall in the needs of renovation. Guest Relations lady no greetings everytime we seen her. Only nod and nod. Service at breakfast was very prompt and attentive on first day but other day, they even struggle to clean our plates. Allison was trying very hard to keep up due to lack of service staff on shift. She delivered great service and genuine. Kitchen staff needs to be train on product knowledge. Asked for Egg Benedict which listed on egg menu but were given omelette, second chef came made me poach egg without hollandaise sauce on top. Ordered omelette but was not offered filling, so came plain. No basic standard orange juice for breakfast in buffet. No tea bags selection at beverage counter. Bread selection was good.. We left hotel for sightseeing at 530am saw securty guard was sleeping at inner lobby with sitting position overlooking the main entrance. When we talked louder near him he woke up a bit and continue with his slouching and closing eyes position. Steam room air circulation and quality need to be improved due to smell not good. Reception service was good, asked for Late check out and was given in instant without negotiation. Location was only 5 mins walk from MixC and very easy access.

Had a 98 sm suite. It was fabulous in terms of size and furnishings, very clean and quiet. Wished our stay was longer. Breakfast choices were great and there was a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer to use. Malls nearby were small and not well occupied. Recommended for an comfortable hotel stay at hankou.

It’s a very new and well built hotel. View: The room I had is facing the Yang Tze River, and it has sunset view - pretty romantic. Bed: The bed is very big and comfortable. Food: Hotel breakfast buffet has a decent spread, and taste good. The dinner buffet also has a decent spread. Location: Quite fast to go to the tourist Center to join the Three Gorges Dam day tour. Ask the hotel staff and they will link you to the tour agency. Price: Slightly on the high side vs surrounding hotels. You get what you paid for. Overall, I like this hotel. Will recommend if you like international standard comfort.
