Hotel have issues with the Air Conditioning,also they need to switch the pillows,no free breakfast you have to pay for what they have there to eat and the price eh not worth what they promoting need better services with the clients personal need better protocols but only one person was very nice his name is G cool person but they need to makes some changed job also the maintenance departments need to do a better job with the rooms and again fixed the Air Conditioning eh Was very hot need to be get in up to turn in on the is very ridiculous I spend almost 6 days and no body also ask me if I need to clean my room 👎👎👎👎

Our stay here was absolutely lovely. The room was nice and cozy, the showers are top class, and my kid had a blast in the heated pool. On top of that, the staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome, getting us pretty much anything we needed like extra blankets and towels super quick. Extra special shoutout to Angel, who provided excellent service and was just a sweet guy!

Very clean, modern, and minimalist. It was a nice change of pace from the hotels we normally stay at. The bed was a little too springy for my liking, but not too uncomforable. The pillows were quite soft but didn't provide a lot of support. The issue with the cloudy water that other reviews mention is true. Would stay here again.

Excellent customer service. I stay at a lot of hotels and this one is just super nice. Everything in the room is super well thought out and very usable. Great views beautiful room and again the staff is amazing

Hotel was in good condition, rooms were clean, and bed was comfortable. However the heating/cooling fan in the room was so noisy, my husband barely slept. The water in the bathroom was also super cloudy.

Very contemporary hotel with convenient free parking close to expressway. Sound of whooping wind all night as the windows in the hotel are very cheap. Bed not very comfortable and no overhead light in the room. Scratchy towels. Checkin staff acted like it was their first day.
