I'm not sure which rooms that the other recent reviewers stayed in. I found the clean, well-kept and my room was very comfortable without any need for improvement. Yes, the elevator is apparently not working - so I was placed on the first floor. No problem for me. I have Titanium status and they treat elites very well at this hotel. You can't really upgrade at a Courtyard - but I still felt that they acknowledged my status. I had 2 - 2 night stays and no complaints. The hotel is spotless, staff friendly and helpful along with a comfortable room. Not sure what else I would need. :-)

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past three years or so. It is my go-to location when I don't need to stay in the city. It's right off I-90. About 30 minutes from the Wrigley area in normal traffic. Parking is free, unlike most O'Hare adjacent properties. Breakfast is included and very good with many options. The staff is competent. I have never had any problems. All the rooms I have had have been quiet, clean, and well-kept. My last stay was March 17, 2022 and I already have another reservation here in the near future. If you are driving and want to save some money visiting Chicago, this place is perfect.

This hotel is amazing! We checked in after midnight because we were attending a concert at The Chicago Theatre. There was no issue with the late check-in, and we were greeted by two extremely nice staff who were happy to answer any questions we had. They also gave us some delicious warm cookies. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast, but the staff recommended the food. The hotel was extremely clean and the shower pressure was the best. The last thing I must say is the king mattress is the most comfortable mattress in the world and the pillows were great too. We'd give more stars if we could, and will definitely stay here again!

Last week my wife,brother and myself spent 3 nights at this hotel. We were amazed at the outstanding customer service we received from the entire hotel staff. They were friendly, courteous and very professional. We were upgraded to the club level which provided some very nice additional amenities. Our rooms were recently renovated (very tastefully) and the room was immaculate. The entire property including the common areas and property grounds were well cared for. The front desk manager (****nia) was a breath of fresh air as she consistently provided us with the highest level of service. We will definitely be staying at this property for any future upcoming visits to the area.

The front desk manager (****nia) was a breath of fresh air as she consistently provided us with the highest level of service. We will definitely be staying at this property for any future upcoming visits to the area.

BUT NO SHOWER! Thanks to the shuttle dude to circle back for me at 10:45pm, and pm desk clerk for helping. Nice room, nice bed. Funky tv remote was sporadic. The water didn’t divert from the tub faucet to the shower head. Barely a dribble. I had no time to call maintenance as the front desk suggested when I alerted them. NO SHOWER! That’s a good 50% of the need for a hotel over a box in a field. The other is the bed. A bathroom, esp the shower! I’d like compensation!

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past three years or so. It is my go-to location when I don't need to stay in the city. It's right off I-90. About 30 minutes from the Wrigley area in normal traffic. Parking is free, unlike most O'Hare adjacent properties. Breakfast is included and very good with many options. The staff is competent. I have never had any problems. All the rooms I have had have been quiet, clean, and well-kept. My last stay was March 17, 2022 and I already have another reservation here in the near future. If you are driving and want to save some money visiting Chicago, this place is perfect.

Location is out of the way but that is not a problem when staying one night for travel. The hotel has an indoor pool too. There aren’t any convenience stores nearby unfortunately. Room was a good temperature.

As others have noted the staff here is excellent. I'm a frequent traveler and the service I frequently (don't) get recently is disappointing. But this hotel is 180 from that. I'm not sure which rooms that the other recent reviewers stayed in. I found the clean, well-kept and my room was very comfortable without any need for improvement. Yes, the elevator is apparently not working - so I was placed on the first floor. No problem for me. I have Titanium status and they treat elites very well at this hotel. You can't really upgrade at a Courtyard - but I still felt that they acknowledged my status. I had 2 - 2 night stays and no complaints. The hotel is spotless, staff friendly and helpful along with a comfortable room. Not sure what else I would need. :-)
