Horrible food which caused food poisoning. Horrible service with extremely bad and unfriendly staff. Super dirty hotel with poor hygiene. Dont trust any of the images you see of the hotel, it does not look like the pictures at all. The overall stay was so bad that we checked out on the third day of our stay. We should have stayed for a week, but we had no choice but too leave as the hotel made us all sick and the experience was so so unpleasant. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

The most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. Rude service, dirty place. After hours, the dirty dishes are picked up, in a five-star hotel I have to clear the table. There are leftovers of food everywhere on the stairs, in the vicissitudes, on the armchairs. Terrible place that looks like an Indian hotel. There is no hygiene.

Worst place ever that i have ever seen. It ruined our vacation. It was disgusting (check the pictures), you couldn't eat there. We had to call to the agency to find us an other hotel. Everywhere stinks there, everything is dirty. The biggest problem is that the food are is ... gross.

Terrible hotel the wors holiday in my life.Food awful.cleaning rooms nothing is real in that hotel.everyone rude.You never will found a manager there.No spoons no salt no tables.bad smell every were.Rude staf.All the time is not my job to found a spoon a salt .Plastic plates.Never inaf food..1 star and is too much for this hotel.Noone is speaking English.

3 stars because: * place was good. Registration - Receptionist first day after comming took from us a deposite for towel - 10 euro. It was a normal. But At last day he forget about this and want to cheat as. This was not good. Karoke party was only for Russians. When we want to girl from Poland sing something in polish language guy (animatator) told us that we cannot because people are sleeping, but someone from Russian want. It’s not a problem. He to shout at me…. Bar was ok, but when milk finished. That nobody can buy another to the end of day…😬 Every day was the same on the pool and this pleace. Rooms are very ok. Clean and nice. We have problem with a card in our room. We told about this in reception. Nobody help us, just ignored.. When we was mini bar closed because they to prepare a party for Dj Kora LOVA… in another bar they have only a waffers and don’t speak English. In reception if asking that they speak English. Conversations started in English but they changed and want to talk Russians. ***? Not international Hotel. Stay was pleasant. Food - hm every day barbeques .. it is a dream something fit :) Beach was private - it was good and have a nice view. Lifeguard was very nice 💕 I lost my password to wifi and a girl from reception was not nice. She told me that „It was better not to Lose him”. I think that it was not her business. Wifi cost 15 euro per 7 days. It a different in photo in social media and reality. It will be nice, when hotel will a open from another people from another place in world than Russia.

Arrived at the hotel, booked for 4 people, only beds for 3 people first night - didn’t get resolved until the day after and a call to the holiday agent. Took 3 trips to reception to get it resolved. The room was small; bathroom was dirty, clearly been well used. Pictures show the state of the bathroom. The free WiFi is only in the lobby, and you have to pay 7 euro for 3 days for a single device. Please bear this in mind. The shop on site is reasonably priced, used this quite a bit as there wasn’t loads of snacks available, no ice cream etc, wasn’t easy for the kids to just go and get food as and when they need it. The bar staff and entertainment were great, very courteous and accommodating. Food was also ok, plenty to eat, certainly didn’t go hungry! I got plenty of sun, and plenty of food and plenty of drinks and fundamentally that’s what we went away for, but it’s just not a 4* hotel; in need of a refurb or a good clean.

AVOID BROADWAY TRAVEL AND CLUB HOTEL ANJELIQ AT ALL COSTS!!! Read previous reviews as they are accurate. We were threatened with eviction, ignored by staff and had to share a filthy hotel with ignorant hotel residents (mainly from Russia). No one spoke English. The hotel was filthy, staff and residents were aggressive, the food was awful and inedible, there is an awful atmosphere at the hotel. Not a place foe kids. Broadway Travel should not have sold this holiday booking to young families - they refused to relocate us. All inclusive is a joke! No bar. One Tuborg beer pump. Some vodka miniatures. No wine available. No ice cream or anything for kids. No restaurant menu. Leftover food recycled each day. Half eaten food piled high across the hotel. The staff ignore you. The hotel is unsafe and disgusting. BROADWAY TRAVEL DID NOTHING TO HELP!! - AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

When we arrived it was the early hrs of the morning , to be greeted by a grumpy Russian receptionist who couldn’t speak a word of English ! We were told to wait for our room , after 30 mins still no room my wife had had enough so the receptionist took us to our room ….turned on the light and there was someone in the bed ….laughable really …but at 2 am we were hot and my 2 year old agitated It kind of got worse after this ….we were put in the staff quarters and like in the previous comments had to climb a mountain of stairs … Food was adequate but it felt like most of Russia had descended on the place and was a fight every night to find somewhere to sit etc a lot of the place smelt of sick probably from all the vodka and whiskey the Russians were enjoying ! Air con started to leak towards the end of the week , never got fixed ! Pool was ok but health and safety was dangerous and I saw at least 3 injuries whilst there , the lifeguards were hopeless ! Lots of queuing for watered down beer and old fashioned cordial We managed to stay the week as the hotel found the corner wouldn’t take kids and I really struggled to find somewhere else Glad to be home ! Avoid like the other guests suggest Seems like a rough butlins for Russians and some Turkish people Met one other British couple but I think they scarpered after 1 day
