Overall we had a really good one-night stay at this hotel, which we've stayed at several times before. The front desk staff were terrific, including allowing us to check in early. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The AC ran all night due to the very hot weather, but it's reasonably quiet and we slept very well. My only complaint was that it was a riddle to figure out how to get a hot breakfast with the things I wanted to eat. The options for anything beyond a basic continental breakfast are very specific, with no substitutions allowed as far as I could tell. And worse, even though my meal came with toast, I had to make the toast myself (whereas everything else came out of the kitchen). Strange! This situation of limited options for hot breakfasts isn't the fault of this particular hotel; it's an issue across the Hilton Garden Inn chain (based on my experiences elsewhere). It would be far more customer-friendly if the Garden Inn chain would simply allow their member hotels to charge one price for a hot breakfast and allow the customer to choose what they want to eat (which used to be the case at Garden Inns).

The stay was nice, good customer service, big room, big bed, my room had a couch and chair as well. Everything seemed pretty clean. The continental breakfast was good!
