預訂的家庭親子套房，房間面積不小，佈局方正，兩個衞生間使用方便，兩張床四個人睡正合適，電視衹有一台，而且有點小。 自助餐廳裝修不錯，五星級的感覺，就是餐品飲品的種類稍微有點少，不如五星級的豐富。服務人員態度還不錯。 小動物是亮點，山羊水豚兔子孔雀鴿子山雞孩子都特別喜歡，還有室外遊樂園，鞦韆蹦床滑梯爬架到處都是歡笑聲。 屋頂泳池和健身房，設計合理，設施齊全，但是因為節日人比較多，小童池太小都轉悠不開了。主要缺點是小童池水温太高，游泳池水温較低，而且十一氣温已經有點低了，但是空調還在吹冷風，容易感冒。 停車不容易，車比較多，很多時候沒地方停，大家都不想去地下室，因為地下車庫沒有直通到酒店裡。 總體來説很滿意，以後老得來。

超級滿意的一次住宿體驗！她家是我住過的第二家讓我覺很乾凈很乾凈很乾凈的酒店。應該算是當地的老牌酒店，但是酒店【設施維護的很好】！一點都舊不破！ 【位置】：【住宿安靜】【交通便利】，離山海關很近，離老龍頭十多分鐘的車程。附近【吃飯也很方便】，她家【福臨門酒店】的飯也好吃，可以送到房間。我們衹挖沙子趕海，老龍頭的免費沙灘浴場有小魚小螃蟹，連着去了兩天。 【價格】：【同樣品質】的酒店她家很便宜！！！ 【衞生】：【超級棒！！！】 從大門口——辦理入住大廳——客房，都很整潔，很乾凈。保潔阿姨一直在擦擦擦👏 看酒店衞生，最先看的就是衞生間。她家衞生間乾淨沒有異味兒，也很乾爽。一個酒店的衞生間都很用心的去打掃，其他就不用太擔心了。洗澡是大噴頭。 房間也是超級乾淨！沒有異味！就是很棒！ 【早餐】：好吃呀～品類不多，但都很好吃，食材新鮮，隨時補少了的餐食。牛奶咖啡粥，主食，涼菜炒菜，水果，小點心。 【服務】： 保安大哥可負責了，每次停車都會在車位幫忙看着。 酒店客房部服務員小姐姐們服務超級貼心，合理的要求全都很盡心的去服務。看我們帶着倆寶寶還給我們升級了房間。特別感謝👍 房間很多，如果想入住，可以提前撥打酒店電話問有沒有空房。 下次來山海關還要住【福臨門酒店】！

I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. 感覺一定要評論點啥，這是五星級的喜來登嗎？但是我真的很無語： 首先是停車難。酒店門口有停車位，數量也還可以，我們晚上五點多到的，不算晚，但是沒有地方停車了，保安讓我們繞到酒店後面，我們也不知道情況，繞了一圈也沒有，又回到酒店樓前，保安説就是要停到樓後的大馬路上…然後走過來，大冷天，黑布隆冬的…樓門前的臨停車位不少，不讓停，説明天有劇組什麼的要留…但是明明就是有車停着呢！氣死！這要是王府井我也就不説啥了，您這裏這麼大地方，沒法停車？不規劃停車，讓客人大黑天拖着行李走好幾百米…無語至極！ 然後入住，酒店沒有小童圍欄，這個都好説，但是這個洗澡的也是絕了，頂噴一打開，水都是從頂噴與牆之間的大縫子裏出來的，感覺再開一會頂噴就要掉下來了，花灑也是一打開水挺大的，然後調到熱水立馬就就是小細水了…然後就是枕頭巨高，睡了一覺頭暈…床軟…電視小…窗簾破大洞…最最最無語的是酒店配的梳子，八百年前不到透明塑料梳子…現在我不知道還有什麼酒店還在用…震驚到我了！ 酒店的工作人員態度都很好，就是用很好的態度和你不停的説對不起… 總而言之，我沒覺得我住的是五星級的酒店！真是開了眼了，喜來登的水平震驚我了！不會再住，也不會推薦！

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️

Excellent location that’s a short walk away from the ski slopes, really big rooms that came with a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast had some interesting and tasty options and the sauna upstairs was nice in winter. Only downside was that the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped so we couldn’t cook anything ourselves! Overall it was a good stay!

PROS: Staff, facility, food CONS: Location First, I wold like to thank the staff for their excellent service, in particular, I would like the management to recognize 我的名字是Meijiaxue for her help. Staff speak minimal English but worked very hard to understand us and give us extra care. I would recommend that the hotel have a wechat account available for foriegners to contact the front desk for easy translation. 我的名字是Meijiaxue connected with us this way, via our request. She went out of her way to help book us a car, order food and buy products. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are stunning and feel very high end, luxury. The building is new and well maintained. Shampoo, soap and conditioner is a lovely lavendar and mint, natural product. Upon arrival you are given tickets for on site alpaca feeding and DIY drawing activity. We only did the alpaca feeding which only took 5 minutes but was immensely fun. Breakfast buffet was well done and more than enough food for only 24 rooms, primarily chinese food but some western dishes. Location was the only downfall. I thought being only 15 minutes from downtown and the beach would be no problem for a taxi. However, it was almost immposible to get a taxi or Didi. There is nothing else in the area so there are no cars in the area. One night we wanted to go to dinner and waited an hour trying to get a car, before eventually giving up. The staff then helped us to order in food instead. If you are able to get a car, its only around 20rmb to DT, when we were able to get a car. Overall, I would absolutely visit again and recommend, Ideally with a car.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.
