Ulasan Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon

This hotel has a great reef but is seen better days. It needs to get revamped. It has one of the best reefs in the Maldives so you have to cope with all the faults of the hotel. I booked the all-inclusive for $137 a night plus 26% tax and service charge. Don't come in May All you get is rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain. The food was okay. They put me on the second floor and I had an ocean view. Good thing about this hotel is that they have a washing package. If you stay less than four nights I think it's $22 and they'll wash everything that you own. If you stay four to seven days I believe I spent $32 for their laundry package which is unlimited laundry. Their drinks are okay nothing named brand. If you're on the all-inclusive and you want carlsberg then they have to put it in your room because they just serve beer on tap that's lion. I would stay there again because of the reef but the hotel is absolutely nothing special.

Very nice resort island, with personnel always ready to help and always there for you. Food is impressive and various plates are served. The bars are serving very good cocktails and in the evenings there are good entertainment programs. The minus I would highlight is the activities offered, different kind of trips on the sea, but if not enough subscribers, excursion is cancelled or it can become a private one for a very high price. Also as e negative feature, the convenience store displays shameless prices, really offensive; I would understand these commercial excesses for unnecessary merchandise, but when you put a price of 50 dollars on a small bottle of sunscreen, is obvious they just want to rip off tourists.

這是第十二次到馬代玩，這個島最大的亮點是食物非常好吃，酒店自助餐每天都有翻花樣的主萊，我們待的八天裏有一天有海鮮燒烤、－天牛排、一天熱炒捲心菜牛肉、一天土耳其烤肉的肉夾饃等等，反正都挺好吃，特別是西點和水果種類豐富，一直翻花樣。每天有當場炒的意大利麪和當場伴的色拉非常好吃！酒店水屋有個缺點沒有下水的階梯（所以我建議不用汀水屋）因為海景沙灘屋下海反而門口就有階梯，可以隨時隨地下海看魚，非常方便。另外酒店沙灘不行，但潛水很贊，隨便哪個地方下水．都能看到非常多的魚。另外酒店前台經理非常熱情和細心，在我們提出第一天上島由於酒店安排不周到，讓我們白白浪費了六小時等待。該經理送了我們回程水飛以補償我們的時間損失，非常感謝。這個酒店很適合一待待十幾天的旅行，我和太太很喜歡，下次有機會還會去！

我對這個酒店非常不滿意，我提前很久通知酒店接機（並明確告知酒店我12點到達馬累）但到機場後找不到人舉牌接機，衹好到E3他們的櫃枱找工作人員，然後被告知因為他要接15點到馬累的另二個客人，所以需要15點30分才能安排我們做船上島實際上是15點50分才乘船出發去島上。（我被迫自費去了機場休息室，這種安排是不能接受的，讓我等3個半小時，至少應該酒店安排休息室），到了島上，前台表示衹有第一天訂單，後面的訂單代理商已經退了，且他們沒有收到錢，所以我衹能住一天（後面的訂單不能安排，即使我拿出了酒店確認單他們也不認可，讓我找代理商）最過份的是急着讓我付款420美元2人上島船費用（但我的訂單上明確寫的是404美元，且不認可訂單404美元，硬讓我多付款了16美元），我與攜程聯繫後，攜程找了酒店，酒店説找到了訂單，可以入住了，但這時離我們上島已經過了2個多小時（同期上島的客人早我一個多小時拿到房間）我12點到馬累，等我拿到房確已經是晚上19點半以後了，去掉開船的一小時，白白浪費了我6個多小時時間用於等待和辦入住。這個酒店服務讓我很不滿意，所以給差評，希望大家不要再上當，受我一樣的經歷，這個太可怕了！而且最可怕的事是拿到房後，房間有一扇門可以直接打開進入旁邊已有住客的房間，再我們要求後，他們工作人員才在另一間房把門關住。萬一沒發現，我們還認為是廁所門，打開來，別的客人怎麼辦，他們説少了東西怎麼辦，總之，我認為這酒店管理非常混亂，不值得入住。

生態環境非常好，潛水環境太讚了，除了前台其他工作人員都很好，房間比較簡單但也很舒適

منتجع جميل جدا، كانوا متعاونين جدا معانا وسمحوا لنا بالدخول الساعة التاسعة صباحا قبل الوقت المحدد بست ساعات، البوفيه متنوع كل يوم انواع مختلفة، النظافة مرتين يوميا ، يوجد مطعمين وبارين ومسبح ومكان البلياردو ونادي رياضي. فيه اشياء تدفع عليها أو تستاجرها مثل عدة الغوص والمساج وعروض الدلافين. الوصول للمكان أما بالقارب السريع (٢٠٢ دولار) أو الطيران المائي (٣٥٠ دولار تقريبا) وهذا السعر يشمل الذهاب والاياب.

We are having a wonderful and unforgettable vacation at Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon! The staff are incredibly kind, cheerful, and friendly, ensuring a fantastic stay in the Maldives. It's easy to see that there's a dedicated team behind the excellent service, super clean rooms, and delicious food. A special thanks to Chef Vipula for his hospitality, care, and for making such tasty dishes; we will never forget his Sri Lankan Hopper . Everything is well organized, credit to the entire team! We are very impressed by the spectacular views, crystal-clear ocean, and vibrant marine life. Our romantic dinner on the beach under the starlight was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and definitely worth paying for All Inclusive Plus.

Our time at Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon was truly remarkable, blending luxurious accommodations with exceptional service to make it one of the most unforgettable vacations I've ever had. We were lucky enough to stay in both the Beach Bungalows and Water Bungalows, adding an extra touch of luxury to our experience. The beautiful setting, outstanding staff, and delicious food all exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the wonderful manager Gehani, whose knowledge of the resort's focus on marine conservation and sustainability impressed us. She set the perfect tone for our holiday, along with the excellent customer service provided by Ubaid at reception. We were also grateful for Adam's attention to detail in maintaining our rooms and Aalif's exceptional service as a waiter. Shareef at the à la carte restaurant and Nazeer at the bar also ensured our dining experiences were exceptional. Overall, our stay at this stunning resort, with its kind and professional staff, was a perfect 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway in the Maldives. The beautiful coral reefs, outstanding service, and relaxing atmosphere make it a top choice for a memorable vacation.

Amazing holiday with our 2 yrs hold toddler! We planned this family trip thinking "let's get there once in a lifetime" and now we hope to go back soon. We landed in Malè in a stormy day and the speedboat connection had been a challenging experience even for those like me who do not suffer seasickness at all. As the weather conditions are unpredictable when making the reservation, at least during the rainy season I'd totally recommend the seaplane choice. During our transfer to Ellaidhoo one of our luggages got totally weat due to the high waves and the resort took care of this small issue offering a complementary laundry service. In general, Ellaidhoo exceeded our expectations and we absolutely recommend this place. From the amazing reef and the wide range of sea life available nearby the island (we had chosen this place for that and we were not disappointed), to the morning breakfast and the bear shaped pancake that the lovely Sanjeewa prepared daily for our baby, to all the meals (great choice both at the buffet and a la carte restaurant) and the cocktails we had the chance to taste at the main bar, and last but not least to how our room was tidied up twice a day by Anees. A special thanks to those who took care of us, in particular to Iqbaal, Shareef, Nazeer, Jesica and Naif. All of them have been great expecially with our baby that still mention them time to time Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable!

The best experience you can have its at this hotel ! The staff its very polite. The best team you can have to honor your requests are Jesica, Nazeer, Madwa and Chandna. The entire staff will serve you, they are cleaning the room twice per day, the Food its very good. You must try the seafood here. Its brilliant !

Great reef with many colourful fish, sharks, turtles and rays. Very nice,small island. Everything very clean. Our room was cleaned twice a day by Rameez, who did a very good job. Nice drinks served at two bars. Enough sun beds, good spa with massages.

What can I say? It was perfectly beautiful!! The island has the most stunning views and the best perfect place to go to relax. It has a diving centre for you, a soviner shop that also caters for your personal needs too. Four gorgeous restaurants,infinity pool and the most friendliest staff! This place is 100% the best!
