Ulasan Jin Ding Hotel (Yuexia Building)

Being on top of a mountain and all I think it's as good as it gets. Not a terrible hotel, clean, nice sized room, comfy bed - the thing I didn't like was the breakfast - chaotic buffet in a crowded room with too little seats and unfortunately insufficient heating so you sit there with your jacket and cold feet.

Great experience with fantastic location and great view of the sceneries. Morning view of the sunrise is just minutes steps away from the hotel, which is stunning. The hotel is clean with good service. The price is also quite cheap for its convenient location, great view and good service. Would definitely come back again if we were to revisit.

One of the best hotel location, if you choose to stay on 金顶 for a night. Bed was very comfortable, and hot water + pressure were great as well! Quite a wide variety for breakfast, my family and I had a great stay. However, there are corners in the room with dust not touched for months, and staff were not very enthusiastic about their work as compared to all other hotels we stayed at, thou not bad of an issue.

Exceptional hotel given the great location. Simple modern style which we very much appreciate at the top of Emeishan. Sunrise is a 5 minutes walk away, extremely convenient. Cleanliness is satisfactory, with dental kits robes and slippers provided. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location at top of mountain, but when we got there shower hadn’t been cleaned

Nice location, close to the peak. The breakfast is okay, nothing outstanding though. The room was nice, no smell, new equipment. Cheaper rooms don’t really have any view though.

Location is good. The hotel near to the main attraction. Staff service is good. The staff will inform us the best time for sun set and sun rise. Also, we have acute mountain sickness and the security guide helps to point out where to get the oxygen tank. Very helpful security guide. My only advice to the hotel is to standby oxygen tank for the needy. It is difficult for patient to walk a distance to obtain the oxygen tank.

Hotel is located at a great location. Convenient to all the tourist areas. Rooms may not be the newest but it’s good enough for an accommodation at the top of the mountain. Recommended.

Poor Sound proof, rooms furnishing need to improve

It's the best place to stay if you want to stay up the mountain. It has a great view and a unique atmosphere.

Great location to stay for watching sunrise and sunset as hotel is about 15-20 mins away from the Golden Top. The room is spacious and well maintained. Just wish there is heated toilet seat as it gets very cold during the winter.

We are a family of 3 and we requested for 3rd towel set and pillow. However, the hotel refused to provide the towel and pillow and expected us to share the towel.

The location is what makes you stay here. The hotel is otherwise basic for the price - but it was clean, comfy and came with amazing views (when it briefly cleared) and a very short walk up stairs to see the sunrise/sunset and statue. A table of sunrise and sunset times is posted - arrive early if you want a front row view. Breakfast was basic but sufficient and plentiful. Recommend packing light and only taking up the mountain what you need for your stay as there’s a lot of stairs. While the staff did speak some English (much more than my Chinese) a translation app is highly recommended if you don’t speak the language.

The staff were friendly and very concerned for our welfare, keeping an eye out for signs of altitude sickness (which luckily we didn’t suffer from). The rooms were cosy and clean, very warm and close to the main attractions at the Golden Summit.
