Excellent stay! The location is perfect, with easy access to transport and dining. The room was spotless, bright, and featured a very comfortable bed. Staff were professional and check-in was seamless. While breakfast options were simple, the overall value is outstanding. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

Great location! It's just 50 meters from a pedestrian street and a 7-Eleven, and very close to Pattaya Beach and the pier for Koh Larn. I stayed in a first-floor room, which was spacious, tidy, and clean, and even had a small balcony where a 'smiling cat' would either sleep or watch me. The room amenities were surprisingly complete, just like back home, with slippers and toiletries provided. The room felt new, and the staff cleaned diligently. When I asked about buses back to Bangkok, the front desk was very earnest and responsible. Turns out, their information wasn't as accurate as what I found on Xiaohongshu, but their attitude was impeccable.

I stayed one night here. This hotel doesn't have elevators. But everything was good. Deposit is so high. 4000 baht. But anyway, this hotel is quite good if you,want to stay near Walking Street.

Good location and surprisingly quiet. No elevator but ok if on first or second floor. Reception only available during daylight hours. Coffee shop in pictures on ground floor is not open. Room itself is fine.

Good location

Overall, it's a nice property to stay and is just 2 mins walk away from the Walking Street. The reason why I am giving 1 star for Service is because Hotel asked me to pay 4000 Baht as deposit despite paying the room rent as well in advance though they returned it upon checking out. Wish such info is made official on Trip.com or should be informed in advance to the customer instead of giving a last minute surprise. Many travellers come with funds to only cater for outside spending and this is a big amount which can affect your cash spending in the last minute.

The hotel is new, or newly renovated. Clean, well located those singles traveller (ride beside walking street). But no lift in the building, have to carry luggage to 4th floor. And deposit is very high, 4000THB in cash only.

Excellent stay as usual. Friendly staff and clean facilities. My only pet peeve is the AC can be a bit too cold blowing directly on you. And I never got the Wifi to work. I missed my class as a result. They did provide me with a fan but with the sweltering heat the AC was king. It just needs to oscillate instead of blowing directly on you. Proximity to the action is key. I will probably stay there again.

The environment is nice; it's the best value for money in the pedestrian street area. It's clean and tidy, and the receptionist is very helpful.
