一直在外地做酒店旅遊行業，春節回老家入住體驗此酒店，酒店的整體品質還是很不錯的，酒店的位置，客房的面積及房間衞生一次性用品都蠻好的，前台的服務也貼心，彰顯了恩施幺妹的體貼周到和熱情，智控系統和電視開機頁面的情緒價值給的還不錯。 提兩個建議： 1、酒店的正大門指示導引的不是很清楚，很容易走錯。 2、電梯沒有梯控，加上員工專用通道門沒有門禁系統，出入人員比較雜。

公司年會來恩施選擇入住芸景太值了，時髦的裝修，設施設備維護的都不錯，前台服務很好，有咖啡牛奶茶飲，主動給我們倒水，做衞生的阿姨都是比較年輕負責的很仔細，前台給免費升級了江景房間，很安靜，已經住過好幾次了，會一直選擇芸景。

這家酒店就讓我感到非常的滿意，當時同時訂了兩家酒店，原因是旁邊排名第一的那傢什麼假日第二天因為他們有團，所有平台都定不了，所以被迫定了這家。沒想到是一個陰差陽錯的驚喜。相比兩家來説，這一家的房間更大，用品耗品更好，服務態度也非常的好。停車方便，我們幾間房的朋友都一致認為這家更不錯。如果給我再一次選擇，我一定會先選擇這家，而不是排名第一的那家假日。
