簡直是太棒了！超級喜歡，下次首選這裏！ 性價比高，體驗不錯 、交通便利，離中心區域近，方便出行，價格不高 、裝修很好 、出行方便 、挺好，衞生乾淨、地理位置方便，入住手續快捷服務態度很好，點贊，房間衞生也很乾凈，小姐姐服務好，設施設備好，房間大、挺好的，各方面都挺滿意 ，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，性價比非常高、女服務員非常陽光熱情，服務很周到，考慮周全！這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮！！酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，讓人無比舒心。給我一種家的感覺。

前台客服非常熱情！房間寬敞明亮，衞生間比快捷酒店的大。 灑店相臨汽車站、火車站，在客運站有去景點：梭布埡、鹿院坪、恩施大峽谷的直通車！ 前台給選的無煙房！乾淨！無異味！

酒店位置好呀，去各個景點方便，我們一家人都習慣提前安排好所有行程，從攜程下單前就聯繫了酒店，前台小姐姐服務很好，很有耐心，第一感覺特別好，加了微信以後，也是有問必答，有難必幫。根據小姐姐的建議提前定好了每天的行程，玩了幾天也非常滿意。 期間因為女性突**況，不小心弄到了床單上，前台也是馬上給我提供了救急和紅糖包，唉呀必須表揚，用機器人送來房間的，還用小袋子包了一下，避免我尷尬😅謝謝啦。 早餐也很滿意，有恩施的豆皮呀，很好吃，推薦推薦

Very nice hotel, the service is superb, especially Mr Siven from the front desk. We can absolutely recommend this hotel. If anything to complain then it's the little choice on wester food for breakfast, but for the price of the room this is absolutely okay.

Secara keseluruhan rasanya menyenangkan, hotel ini relatif baru, lingkungannya bersih dan rapi, dan sikap layanannya sangat baik. Saya memilih bilik dengan pemandangan sungai, dan pemandangannya bagus. Sarapan di tingkat atas, tidak banyak jenis, tetapi produknya baik-baik saja, terutama mi daging lembu dari rumahnya, yang sangat mengagumkan. Satu-satunya perkara yang perlu dirungut ialah tempat letak kenderaannya. Oleh kerana podium belum dibina, pengurusan tempat letak kenderaan belum siap. Saya harap ia dapat diperbaiki segera.

酒店前台員工的服務很熱情，房間裏也乾淨衞生，有智能馬桶，是全屋智能，特別方便，還有健身房可用，詢問前台周邊有什麼好吃的，告訴我有恩施特色張關合渣很近，夜市也不遠！

從入住開始都很滿意，房間很大，設施很新很高級，戴森吹風機，小度很智能。 酒店位置也很好，停車方便（不要停地面，停地下） 入住酒店前台很熱情，如果沒有我們今日的特殊情況，是十分建議入住的，下面來説説新的一天，從早餐開始，究竟有多煩躁。 酒店客滿，這個事情酒店應該比我們更清楚，我自己都知道這件事情，那麼早餐的大客流不知道是否有估計到，答案是否定的。所以我們8點半下來吃早餐的盛況如下圖，真的是空空的，什麼都沒有。於是去要一碗粉，等了若干分鐘，苦苦央求若干次，回答都是沒看到在煮麪嗎，等下給你煮粉，於是又等很久，終於給煮了粉，本來一個人吃一碗就夠的，看到周圍的人羣，果斷要了兩碗，真的怕了。怕啥？之前的煎蛋，前面的人要三個，我一看自己沒有了，對方看我可憐，説哎喲給你一個吧，小麪包同理，孩子説要吃，前面一個好心人從自己的盤子裏夾給了我們。東西全部是要搶的，不然什麼都沒有。下面這桌真的誇張了，1男2女，拿了有15個雞蛋吧….這種心態是非常噁心的，但最後我也成為了這種人，好在最後兩碗粉全部吃完了。味道是真的不好，非常鹹，非常非常鹹。 咖啡機是壞的，咖啡如圖。豆漿機是壞的，我沒有拍下來。 收拾碗筷的非常不專業，很多客人自己收的盤子。 包子餃子都是預製菜，一袋打開剛放進去就有人拿了，好可憐🥹肯定冰冰涼吧 真的是什麼都空空，不知道原來是什麼。看評價有説早餐好的，真心羨慕，可能衹是我們來的時間不對，但是也充分暴露了酒店服務的問題。有則改之吧。真的早餐吃完一整天都很情緒不好

位置：具體恩施大峽谷開車5分鐘，酒店會安排免費接送（我們體驗了寶馬，本田接送），周到，快捷。 住：1.35的雙人床，床墊和蕎麥枕很舒服，前台有免費的富田純凈水，很人性化 吃：早餐適合大眾口味，主食，地瓜 玉米 雞蛋 米飯麪條 饅頭 紅糖小饅頭 周全的很 行：恩施來回，定的網約車（180-200，1.5小時） 強烈推薦雲崖之上民宿，恩施大峽谷的旅程這裡是首選。 強烈建議恩施大峽谷一定要兩天，門票可以第二天改簽免費遊玩（一天上七星寨，看山巒疊嶂；一天下雲龍地縫，看飛流直下以及水流湍急）。 酒店的户外泳池超級巴適 孩子在山中戲水還是第一次，户外的鞦韆，帳篷拍照都很出片！期待還有機會再來！ 設施：齊全 衞生：可以 環境：超讚 服務：周到

My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚
