和閨蜜四天三晚恩施之旅，提前半個月就預訂住宿，選擇女兒城白玉蘭酒店是因為它在女兒城的裏面，白天去景點玩完，晚上可以在女兒城溜達溜達。我們自駕所以這個酒店位置離我們想去的景點大概在50公里到70公里左右，算是中心位置，其中恩施土司城最近就幾公里，吃飯很方便，交通也可以，停車嘛，我算是淡季出遊所以酒店停車位充足，每天出遊可以跟前台要停車券。現在我們説説酒店，外觀有民族特色，但看着不是那麼大氣，裏面大廳不夠亮，一進去沒有開空調，可能是沒到點啊！我因為入住當天去的恩施地心谷，去辦理入住5點多了，特意提前與酒店溝通，幫我留一間位置好點的房間，因為我要住三天，希望能有一個好的體驗。但到了酒店給我預留的挨着樓梯口和早餐廳的房間，很壓抑，早上也會很吵，進了房間一股刺鼻的臭地溝味道，空調還不能正常使用，陽台，是挨着前邊樓的有遮擋，就跟沒有一樣。當時很生氣，就給前台打了電話，詢問為什麼提前預留的房間是這個樣子。但還好酒店人員馬上給我調換了房間。説是升級的，帶個小茶室，沒有陽台，但我確實沒有感受到升級啊。因為玩了一天很累想休息，但發現屋子裡有六七衹蚊子，在房頂上，酒店解釋説他們是庭院式酒店蚊子會很多，給我兩個薰蚊器，但我確實害怕蚊子咬我，酒店人員去買了蒼蠅拍和電蚊拍，雖然很感謝酒店人員的態度，但房頂太高真心打不到，我在酒店床上跳着打，後來想還是很危險的，摔了責任就不好認定了。所以真心向酒店提點意見，在客人入住前好好檢查房間，設施是否正常，環境是否整潔有異味，打掃房間不要敞着門會進去很多蚊子，下個客人入住前提醒一下，提供給客人驅蚊液及驅蚊水，蒼蠅拍應該常備，不要現買，我想和我一樣在意蚊蟲的客人不在少數。不要因為可以避免的小事破壞客人心中對酒店的形象，雖然酒店不是星級酒店，但可以讓客人有星級酒店的體驗，才會幫酒店宣傳不是嗎？以下是我個人發現的酒店的問題，因為你們酒店的經理和前台服務態度沒有問題，很願意和客人溝通，很願意聽我提出意見！那我就客觀提點小意見！希望酒店越來越好，將來還能有機會體驗一次。酒店洗漱池的位置在一進門，水龍頭每次打開都滋我一身水，而且每次洗臉都弄一地水。所以我就把刷牙杯拿到洗澡間，洗澡一起刷了，但沒想到的就是洗澡間沒有多餘的架子，硬擠出地方放，沒想到掉到地上碎了，還好沒有扎到，而且我很快讓服務員清理乾淨，這點服務員處理很及時，對客人也關心，但希望能在浴室再多安裝一個架子，可以放客人自己的洗漱品，這樣避免再碎杯子砸傷客人。再有一般來酒店住的都是旅遊，恩施的景點都很大很累，一天下來渾身濕透，肯定要洗衣服，當然酒店有洗衣房，但有的小衣服，客人自己洗或者客人不願意洗衣房洗，涼衣服就很麻煩，會弄的一地水，容易滑倒不説也不美觀，建議洗浴室弄個隱形掛衣繩，不用時可以收回，不佔地方，也解決掛衣問題。最後説説早餐，種類少，每天都一樣，可能對連幾天的客人感受不好，咖啡機建議兩台，如果客人多點就不夠用，而且放個壺在那裡也不美觀。沙拉區域的沙拉醬問服務人員都不知道是什麼醬。煮粉，麪都很好吃，但能不能不要給客人使用已經破損的餐具，很容易誤傷客人，而且餐具隔熱很差，很燙都沒法端，有一次有個客人説太燙了，你們服務人員沒人理，還是我説您放個盤子上。餐具除了筷子我看到在哪，勺我都沒看到過，不管是吃飯還是喝咖啡我都沒看到過勺子。酒店內部環境不錯，看得出來老闆用心了，很多盆栽，也有客人休息區，希望酒店可以搞些下午茶咖啡甜品，當然可以另收費。這樣小資的客人肯定會拍很多照片，也不辜負酒店的環境不是嗎？我看到酒店有個房間裏面有售賣機，跑步機，小童玩的一片區域，不大很小，入住三天一直黑着燈，也沒有充分利用它的價值。總的來説酒店有它的優點，要不然我也不會選擇住，性價比不錯，服務不錯，有問題解決問題，態度不錯。所以我願意把酒店介紹給朋友，家人入住，希望酒店越來越好吧！

這是我住過的民宿中最好的一家，沒有之一，酒店大氣，房間寬敞，房間的屋頂可以打開，躺在床上可以看星星；大露台對着山，在露台上可以看日出、可以一邊喝茶一邊看大山的巍峨，還可以跳舞。早餐豐盛，每天不重樣，晚餐也在酒店裡吃，老闆的廚藝很好，出遊還能車接車送，有問題都是耐心、細緻地解答，太喜歡這家酒店了，以後還要來，專門來泡泡這家酒店，在露台上看到酒店還造了一個大大游泳池，夏天再來
