With Enshi Xujiaping Airport just 7km away and Enshi Railway Station only 9km away, transportation is very convenient. Seeing Enshi City's sights from this hotel is easy with Phoenix Mountain Amusement Park, Enshi National Gymnasium and Enshi Online all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Enshi City hotel provides parking on site. I chose this hotel because it is modern and new. My room was large and warm. There are many small restaurants and street food vendors around the hotel, yet my room didn't hear any noise from them. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, from housekeeping to reception.

酒店位置絕佳，坐落於購物中心，吃飯、購物、娛樂一站式搞定，生活氣息濃厚，便利性拉滿。周邊環境清幽宜人，身處其中，彷彿喧囂都被隔絕在外，特別適合放鬆休息。從房間向外俯瞰，風景盡收眼底，視野開闊，心情也跟着舒暢起來 。
房間的裝修風格完全長在我的審美點上，細節之處盡顯用心，完美契合我的期待。打掃房間的阿姨尤為貼心，不僅把房間收拾得一塵不染，還細心地幫我整理好了亂放的行李，這小小的舉動，讓人心裏暖烘烘的。
酒店早餐同樣可圈可點，中西餐品類豐富，兼顧了不同人的口味需求，每一道都做得美味可口，為美好的一天開啟滿分模式。
真心推薦這家酒店，以後來恩施，我肯定還住這兒 ！

The services and amenities of this hotel are excellent! Problems are solved very quickly if there are any. I really appreciated the manager’s help. There’s fresh fruit everyday. Breakfast is pretty tasty, and coffee is fresh. The laundry room is very handy, we can keep our clothes clean and fresh everyday! We recommend this hotel!

DDoufutravelsMy boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚

MMayraThe Camellia Mountain Inn is located in a remote and beautiful setting surrounded by tea terraces. The host family also produces green and black tea and various other drinks and dips, which can all be purchased in their restaurant or shop. They are extremely welcoming and helpful people and made our stay very memorable. They offer experiencing a tea ceremony and tour to the tea fields and serve tasty local food in their restaurant. The rooms are simple and without luxury, but very clean and have everything you need. The whole place is built and decorated beautifully with a lot of love for little details.
We regret that we spent so little time there, it would have been lovely to have a spare day there to explore the area and take in the peaceful atmosphere.

XXixiabangma從來不傳圖發評論的人，必須來説一下非常滿意的感受。這民宿全方位的好，進房間就看到了桌上的小零食和當地的小青李子，7歲的寶寶和70多歲的老媽都説味道好。這裏離恩施大峽谷很近，關鍵是店家專車接送。民宿有頂樓觀景平台，可360度看大山；有燒烤小院，可户外就餐，住了3天，晚餐都是在户外吃的，那感覺，哎呀，太愜意啦；有泳池，我們愣是把今年夏天的第一次玩水獻給了這大山之中；有家庭套房，一家四口住的舒服安逸；有書房，但我們文化水平低哈，辜負了那書房。在大山中，炎熱的7月太陽一落山，氣温居然就衹有26度，恩施市內都40度高温預警了，可這裏好爽！還有細節服務，這個民宿是我體驗過最好的，沒有之一。住過三亞、大理、麗江、成都等很多民宿，但都或多或少有上小瑕疵。但這間沒有任何理由説不，期間，孩子發燒39.2，老闆開車帶我去買葯；孩子説想喝紅糖水，老闆去鎮上買了送過來；在後院桌子邊剛坐下，阿姨就端來了硒茶；想晚餐外面吃，老闆把餐桌周邊放滿蚊香，毫無蚊蟲；最後趕車早上7點要走，店主5點多起床給我們準備早餐，正常早餐時間可是7點30分，還幫忙約好了送站車……。全家老少6口人，走過好多地方，但恩施給我們很好的印象，尤其是這間“時間駐腳民宿”，唯願老闆發財，越來越好！

對於本次入住，必須要給個好評我和小夥伴是沒有提前看住的地方，當天晚上到了恩施因為第二天很早就要出發，臨時隨便選的一家住宿，但是到了之後真的是覺得物超所值！到了之後招牌很大，也是獨棟的，而且是無接觸辦理入住應該剛開業不久還有開業花籃哈哈，所以設施用品那些都很新#衞生衞生也是非常乾淨整潔的#房間設施房間裏面很大，廁所和房間是獨立的房間，旁邊還有一個小房間還有一台麻將機，房間內空調、電視、洗漱用品、吹風機這些都配備齊全#早餐早餐準備的很齊全（稀飯、雞蛋、油香）稀飯還是配吸管帶着路上喝很方便哈哈哈#服務雖然接觸時間不長，但還是能感覺到老闆人真的很好，看我們幾個女孩子晚上還會提醒注意安全，會推薦吃東西性價比高的地方，來屏山的第一天體驗很不錯👍

The hotel is located next to the cable car going up the mountain. This mostly benefits you at the end of the day, as you can take the service exit at the cable car right to the hotel. In the morning, though, you'll have to go up the other way to get to the entrance where you can buy tickets. No worries, though as the hotel owner can take you there by car in a few minutes.
You can take a bus from Enshi station, or get a DiDi taxi for about ~150 yen. I chose the latter as it's not that expensive and they drove me right to the hotel without waiting. If you take the bus, you can ask the hotel owner to pick you up from the scenic center parking lot.
I recommend to make sure WeChat is installed and works, as it's the easiest way to communicate with the owner, thanks to the built-in translation feature. He helped me set it up when I arrived which was great!
I had dinner at the hotel as I was there quite late, the food was delicious and the portions were large. The price was good, given you're an hour and a half away from civilisation. Same with the included breakfast, it was cooked fresh on the spot when I woke up at eight in the morning, it was more than plenty to start the day, and one of the best breakfast on this trip!
In the evening during dinner, I planned the day with the owner and he explained the routes on a map, very convenient. You can ask him anything at any time on WeChat and he'll help out right away.
I was there in November when it can be quite cold, but the AC heating function works great, and the shower was nice and hot.
In all I had a lovely time here, thanks to the great service of everyone at this hotel.

CChandreRecently, I stayed at Nianshan Xiaoyin Tangquan Hotel, the weather was quite poor so we didn’t explore as much as we’d have liked to, but due to this hotel, we’ll definitely return!
The room was cosy, the heater in the room worked well and within 20 minutes it was lovely and warm. Food and drinks are available at the hotel, the food was freshly cooked, ordered from a menu and was delicious. There is a fridge full of beer, soda, and water - tea is grown on site and coffee is also available.
The owner is very friendly - she speaks some English and went above and beyond to help us with any requests, even warming up the hot spring for us despite us being the only visitors in the hotel. She typed out the names of the Chinese dishes as our translator didn’t work as well when translating handwriting. We loved sitting by the log fire with a coffee in the morning.
The hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service, I recommend doing this as the hotel is at the foot of the scenic area and it takes around 1.5 hours to drive from the train station to the hotel/scenic area.
Overall, we can’t wait to be back! The fog was thick and the air was cold, but that didn’t mean we didn’t have a wonderful, restful stay.

FFadzillahThis is the 1st hotel i stayed, when i arrived in China. I had a pleasant experience overall. The 24-hour front desk was a lifesaver for my late check-in at 12:30 am, and the staff were welcoming despite the odd hour.
The room was clean and cozy, with a queen bed spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family of three. The room was quiet providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Although the staff didn’t speak English, they went above and beyond to assist us using a translator app. They were incredibly helpful in setting up the Wi-Fi, explaining food options, and ensuring the room heater was functioning properly—this made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Their breakfast was basic but with lotsa options and delish. We love the mantao. And they lemonade tea qas so soothing. Oh and they welcome drink at front desk was good too.
Another bonus was the hotel's convenient location. Right in front of the building, there were several small convenience stores stocked with drinks and snacks, perfect for quick necessities. And easy excess to taxi.
Overall, this hotel provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service, even with the language barrier. I’d happily recommend it to other travelers visiting Enshi.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is excellent, there is a shortcut to walk to the canyon. If you are not local there is going to be an issue for communication, even with translating app it was very hard to communicate with owners. It is a house and on the second floor are the rooms. Very cold in January, the AC was weak so it took one day to get the room tolerably warm. Before taking shower check the hot water. At first it wont be working they need to turn it on from downstairs. Overall it was okay.
