酒店很不錯，這個環境設施仔任何國家都算好的，健身房很不錯，唯一缺點酒店裡餐食太貴

كانت تجربة في هذا الفندق الفخم استمتعت بوقتي كثيرا الموضفين كانو ودودين جدا وكانو داءما سباقين لفعل كل شي لجعل لقمتي مريحة شكرا جزيلا للكل وبالاخص لموضف الاستقبال اردغان الذي كانت داءما ما اجده وقت الحاجة ❤️

الغرفه نظيفه جدا واطلالة رائعه والهدوء الذي يعم الممرات بين الغرف وغرفة مدخنين كما طلبنا وخدمة فندقية احسن مايكون اما الحمام رائع جدا حيث الشعور لا يوصف والمناشف نظيفه جدا والميزان واااو يوميا اقوم بوزن نفسي

فندق راقي واخص بالذكر موظفه الاستقبال مالفا على حسن تعاملها فعلاً انها موظفه رائعه وبشوشه الخدمه ممتازه شكرا على تعاملهم الراقي والرائع الفندق جدا جميل ومتميز من حيث الاماكن بداخله والنظافه كل شي بالفندق رائع وشكرا لختياركم موظفين بقمه الروعه شكراً مالفا

It was great experience from all aspects the service and the staff were really great specially Arshad and all other were great and give lot of them I really can say it was great to do your meeting at divan The food were great as well All staff are good

i realy like a hotel and also servic is very nice and i like the braek fast lobi and pool is very good and also the people work here is nice and very happy and also arshad is very funy and nice person i wish i come back again ❤️❤️ so if somone want to go erbil i think best chose for hotel is divan erbil and also have very good security .

Great stay, good security , smooth sleep and quite Decent breakfast Bathrooms is clean I havent seen spa or gym They have good facility Welcoming at receitiom Sace in room is good They have laundry service Thanks to Arshad help Recommended to stay

Hotel was very clean and nice! Staff was very friendly and kind. Highly recommend ! The rooms were very big in size . Anyone in Erbil should go to divan. They even had security at the gates . Arshad was very friendly during our stay there also. Great place overall!

Had an amazing experience. Great facilities great staff and a great location. This is the spot I'll be staying at whenever I'm Erbil. The cafe, swimming pool, and overall a great place. It did not disappoint it actually exceeded expectations. Had a great experice with Mr. Arshad. Thank you.
