Ulasan Dorint Hotel am Dom Erfurt

Great location, literally 2 minutes on foot to the Erfurt Cathedral. Great breakfast, good variety, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. The room itself is not what one will expect from a 4-stars-hotel. Absolutely uncomfortable, cold, old furniture which doesn't suit to such a hotel. Horribly noisy, basically you can hear your neighbours, awful! Not to mention the old noisy a/c! No coffee maker or at least a kettle in the room! Instead you're kindly asked to go to the reception and buy coffee or any drinks from the vending machine. And please, people, check the tissues package! If there are only several tissues left, then you'd better change the whole package instead of waiting till it's empty...or am I wrong?! During my next trip to Erfurt I will definitely try another hotel to compare it, this one gets from me the lowest possible mark!

Sehr zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen und auch am Abend die Bar. Das hätte ich bei dem Preis erwartet Würde es wieder buchen und empfehle es weiter

Erreichbarkeit mit der Bahn war gut! Sauberkeit bis auf fehlenden Handtuchwechsel war okay! Service bei Problemen mit der Keycard so lala! Bei der Ausstattung habe ich einen Wasserkocher bzw. Kaffeemaschine vermisst!

Zentral gelegen, sauber und gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Service Desk durchschnittlich. Leider war ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett nicht verfügbar, die beiden Einzelbetten konnte man aber zusammenstellen. Alles in allem solides Hotel mit gutem Service.

Das Hotel ist ein schönes, sauberes und entspanntes "Business-Hotel". Es gibt einen Spa Bereich und eine nette Lobbybar. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.
