Very beautiful, cosy villa "El Camino". In the district of Montgo, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Estacion de autobuses Javea" 6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied. "Villa El Camino", 3-room house 60 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. It was a wonderful stay in this holiday home! A house with a very nice and modern decor, a great and big pool and a quiet and relaxing environment. We will come back in any case :)

The outside area and view where wonderful but the interior was tired and needs some design touches. Lots of niggly things that could easily be improved 1. Towels very poor. 2. No wardrobe to Master. 3. Twin room door difficult to shut. 4. Lots of doors in
