The real paradise on earth!! This beautiful resort is located in the middle of the mamalakkandam forest and the view is amazing. The hospitality, the food, the ambience all are excellent. I have been to many resorts in kerala but the luxury I found here was exceptional. we were served fruits from their organic garden. the morning trekking to the waterfall was awesome. The room was fantastic, spacious and furnished to a high standard. The shower was superb. We made use of the swimming pool and other facilities in the evening.

Stay was good, the location is wonderful and the resort was beautiful and staffs were friendly. But they need to focus on their food. The taste was not up to the mark, most of the food were very tasty and not exactly presented like what they had described in their menu. Also the restaurant staff can be a bit more friendly. Would not hurt them to include little more activities as it is a remote area. Amenities can be improved. Heated pool would be nice.
