We had better experience in staying at hotel burj. They provide beautiful room which is very cleaned and furnished. Moreover staff were good and they were made us comfortable there. We will recommend this to future trips and others.

Abad atrium is a must stay hotel. The staff is very courteous and the hotel is in a prime location just behind abad plaza. The amenities like gym and swimming pool are in the 6th floor of abad plaza. The breakfast was buffet and we enjoyed the varieties kept. It was a stop over stay for us.

Although the property was on the side of a busy road junction, once you are inside the property you are in a different world. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We had the opportunity to try only their buffet breakfast, and it was good.

Room was very good with respect to cleanliness, presentation, amenities such as shaving kit and toiletries were present. Towels were slightly worn. Location is very close to north railway station, very convenient. Overall extremely satisfied with the faculty and staff.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful.
They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

AAshwiz2kOne of the best hotel options that is very close to the airport with good eating options both within and outside the premises. Well appointed rooms, a great check in experience and was delighted by the service gesture the offered in terms of room upgrade and late checkout options. Has a good restaurant with delicious Chinese cuisine that I tried out. It's going through some renovation but that's not having a lot of impact on one's stay here. Overall a pleasant stay except the fact that I left behind an expensive chocolate in the room mini fridge and could not get it back when I enquired for it the same day.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

HHassanI stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved.
Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well.
Cleanliness-
Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness.

CChaskaKGreat little hotel. The location is excellent (near the harbor and restaurants) and the staff was very helpful. Excellent value for the cost. Rooms were clean. I had a late evening flight and was allowed to stay in the room past regular checkout time. I also arrived in the middle of the night and there was a nice clerk available. Check-in was quick and I was able to go to sleep shortly after my arrival. I added an extra day to my stay here.

TTraveling TanSapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay.
Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
