Paraiso Beach by Hoteles Centric -Adult Only

This hotel is a little noisy and the smell of the perfume is very strong. The service is good. I love cappuccino coffee there.

Nos alojamos en este hotel por la cercania a Cala Nova ,nuestro vuelo llego muy temprano y pudimos entrar antes a la habitacion y se los agradecemos mucho. Todo muy biem:limpieza, habitacion,tood nuevo,muy buen desayuno,con ganas de volver .

Firstly a word of caution if you booked this hotel through On The Beach sometime last year. I had - and on arrival was told by the very sympathetic receptionist that the hotel had changed ownership and as a result our booking had moved to a different hotel - a large, all inclusive one the other side of the resort. We were confused but the new booking paid for us to to get a taxi so we decided to take a look. On arrival it transpired it was not at all an equivalent booking and after much back and forth calling to OTB, managed to get rebooked at no extra cost to our original hotel. We were incredibly grateful, but it was a very stressful few hours to sort and definitely impacted the start of the holiday. However - the Paraiso Beach - gorgeous hotel, immaculately clean and lovely staff who couldn’t be more helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing - literally anything you could wish for. The rooms are newly decorated with huge, comfy beds and very welcome tea and coffee provided. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the pool area was also very well maintained. Overall, a fab hotel which seems more than its 3 star rating. Definitely recommend.

We’ve just had such a nice 4 night break at this lovely hotel. Our room was quite basic, but fresh and comfortable. Huge bed, good shower, good hair dryer, good Wi-Fi! It would have been nice to have had a kettle/tea, coffee making? We had a pool view with partial sea view which was lovely. All staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, we asked for extra pillows and were brought them immediately and we were given water glasses for the room. We stayed Bed and Breakfast - which was absolutely delicious, there was an excellent choice of fresh and tasty foods. We felt our stay was very good value and will definitely visit again, we would highly recommend this hotel to others. Our stay was ‘just’ pre-season so the hotel and resort were quiet, but we were happy to relax and enjoy!

My initial reservation was for 6 days but I loved this hotel so much I ended up staying for a month. This boutique hotel has a great vibe, serene and cool, created by the exceptional staff. My room was gorgeous, bright white with a beautiful patio to watch the sunrise and sunset. Most importantly great air conditioning. I loved the location with easy access to 2 hippy markets, 1 down the street and 8 minutes to Las Dalias (check out Akasha nightclub!), great restaurants, Turbo car rental across the street, Es Canar beach a 4 min walk, and tennis/ pickleball courses across the street! The pool was relaxed, beautiful, clean and low key; big enough for lap swimming. I will definitely stay here again in my next trip to Ibiza. Note: This hotel would be a safe choice for those with mold allergies / chemical sensitivities as it is exceptionally clean with a new aircon system

Great hotel for the price. We used as a base so didn't spend much time on the balcony or by the pool. We had a room at the back but the stunning sunsets over the hills made up for any bin noise in the mornings. All staff we came in contact with were delightful, especially the receptionist and barman when we checked in late on a Monday evening. Room was clean and comfortable, only thing I could complain about is lack of somewhere to hang long dresses, but I hung them in the bathroom and this helped get the creases out, so not a massive problem. Brilliantly situated with plenty of quality cafes restaurants and bars nearby and only a 5 or 10 minute skip to the beach for our morning swim. Can't comment on the food as we booked room only to keep within budget, but the coffee was good! I'd happily stay here again. :)

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Great location and only 10 minutes to the beach or centre. There were no tea/coffee facilities in our room, but a request for a kettle and cups was met without any problem. It was quite noisy at the back of the hotel in the early morning due to the numerous bin lorries reversing and emptying the bills, which better soundproofing would resolve. The very small balcony was in the sun all day, but the view was lacking and the chairs were uncomfortable for any length of time. Overall a good base to explore from.

We have just returned from a fabulous week in Es Canar, Ibiza and have loved every minute of it. The hotel was fantastic. The staff could not have been more helpful. Particular thanks to Francesco who went out of his way to help us on our first night and Frédérico who as well as being friendly and attentive gave us lots of useful tips on things to do and see. The breakfasts were faultless with a range of of hot and cold buffet options catering for all tastes - the food was delicious. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful week, we will definitely be back.
