Hotel Es Cana dengan Kolam Renang

1 fantastic week in a hotel with all the ideal conditions for a well spent holiday. Good location, nice pool and the food was excellent. Less pleasant was just the deafening noise early in the morning from the pool animation. Terribly NEGATIVE was the inconvenient, abusive, overbearing and rude attitude of the SUB-DIRECTOR of the hotel for making us pay €20 for “late check-out” (11:35 am) when our reservation on Trip.com says “ check-out until 12:00”. After a long discussion complaining about the attitude and not the amount, we were forced to call the police and the INCOMPETENT SUB-DIRECTOR was forced to return the money.

Outstanding hotel. Excellent accommodation, clean with modern fittings. We chose a Deluxe room & it was so spacious. The staff are some of the best we've come across ever, nothing was too much trouble & they know how to put customers first. We will be back soon. The pools were fantastic & clean. The breakfast offering was really good & catered for all tastes. We ate from the snack menu & the food was great quality. We've read some commemts that visitors found the drinks expensive. We would refute that. It's a hotel where you expect hotel prices & what fantastic ambience you get to enjoy a tipple or two. We strongly recommend Hotel Anfora.

We had a lovely week here, we was on the first jet2 flight back out in July so after reading all the previous reviews and with the new rules in place we was a bit worried but can honestly say all the staff tried really hard, if there was any problems they was dealt with quickly and they tried to find new ways of dealing with things to make it easier the next time. He hotel wasn’t running at full capacity so carnt speak of a normal July holiday here but there was still plenty of people so of course that means there was que’s for the bar snack bar and restaurant but staff worked quickly to move them along so was never queuing for more than a few minutes, we had no problems with meals there was something different every day and enough choice even for fussy eaters, snack bar was well stocked with a full list of different things from fruit and sandwiches to burgers chips and hotdogs all cooked fresh to order. Lara from the kids club is brilliant!! She was always trying to get all the children involved in games discos or activities, she helped us lots trying to find new places to visit outside the hotel. The all inclusive bar at the beach is a must serving everything that is available at the hotel bar, We had the rooms with the garden and would definitely recommend them I would happily return back here.

Probably the best value property in Ibiza, comfortable, clean, welcoming, helpful and a great breakfast. Location is excellent for a beach holiday, close to Cala Nova, Es Canar and Cala Martina beaches. Highly recommend. Catch number 24 bus from the airport and stop right outside the hotel.

When my hubby first told me the name of this hotel I was like ”what u booked us onto a hostel for ” lol. It's definitely not a hostel and I was surprisingly surprised. When we first got there at 01.15 in the morning due to flight being delayed there was no one around. We found a number on the wall and called it. Straight to answer phone :( I left a message saying we was in reception and needed our keys asap. After around 30 mins after sitting on chairs in reception the night guy appeared saying he was cleaning the pool we didn't believe this has it was dark. We got keys paid room tax and went to our room. On arrival to room it was clean and spacious and we was very happy. Next morning we went for breakfast on the way there we met the cleaner Marissa what an amazing lady she is and she definitely knows her job. She went above and beyond her duties. We asked for extra pillows and by time we got back they was in room. Room was cleaned daily, clean towels daily. Marissa never failed to ask if rooms was OK, did we need anything else etc etc. Marissa made our first impression which wasn't a good start with waiting for keys, turn our thoughts on the hotel. She is an amazingly friendly lady who has a lot of time for every guest . Well done marissa. Breakfast was lovely , beds comfortable wonderful location will definitely return in future thank u

I visited this hotel with my teen daughter, I know the area as I used to stay in escana when I was a child for many years so I knew the hotel but had never stayed. This hotel could be amazing if they refurbished ALL of the rooms not just a select few. I don’t think they had changed the two bed room we stayed in since the 80’s But it was very clean and the cleaning staff did an fab job of keeping it that way. We found the bed comfortable but our balcony was terrible, we had half balcony half wall facing the road, I would ask for a pool or sea view room if I visited again. Sunbed situation was fine, we got the same beds every day at 8.30 at the upper pool which is quieter than the other pool but a little distance to the bar. The idea of paying for the cups is a great idea, no mess, no wasps and easy to swap whenever you wanted. The drinks were good for what we wanted too but it would be so much nicer if we could have an actual glass in the evening, it’s not the same drinking wine out of a plastic cup!The entertainment was ok but I found it finished very early compared to other hotels I’ve been to so you felt like you just had to go to bed ?? What made this hotel for me was the food, it was soooo good, the restaurant was small but very well organised, we always managed to get in without too much of a wait and drinks (wine, lager and soft drinks) all provided in a glass (thank god!) but the food choices were fantastic, my daughter and I like to try the local options and there were plenty of those !! Amazing paella, fresh breads, meats, cheeses, theme nights ! I would actually go back just for the food !!
