超出預期的好，牆上的掛畫都是幾百年歷史的。到處都是掛畫，非常適合我這樣喜歡畫畫的人。比佛羅倫薩城區清凈很多，小花園也特別美！很優雅高級的感覺，服務人員着裝也特別高級有腔調。

NO KETTLE, NO HAIR DRYER! LIMITED TOILET ROLL FOR 4pax room! The basin faucet is design faulty! It will wet your clothes! No air conditioning in the room and the ac controller is not user friendly!
They have very comfortable beddings.. nice bunk bed, nice pillows!

L’esterno dell’Hotel non è decisamente da quattro stelle,si presenta piuttosto trasandato e lo stesso per il parcheggio presente dietro la struttura. Camere molto spaziose e ben riscaldate,nota stra positiva,essendo fumatori abbiamo chiesto una camera con balcone e ci hanno immediatamente accontentati. Buona la colazione con prodotti sia dolci che salati e caffè e cappuccini fatti al momento.

Absolutely beautiful and romantic and everything we could had hoped for. In nature and surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany. An awesome pool and swim area. Stunning surroundings, comfy rooms, lovely breakfast. Shuttle into Cortona regularly or as you request it. Just lovely! What I imagine was an authentic Italian experience. Really wish we had more time here. Please make more options for vegan guests, but I must say the soy mylk cappuccino was absolutely delicious

We had a great stay at this hotel in Florence. The family suite was spacious with a smart layout that offered privacy and comfort, which made it perfect for our friends’ group.
Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options each morning. The location is also excellent — close to the train station and just a short walk from Florence city center. There are plenty of mini markets nearby where we could easily grab snacks and water.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

前幾年非常喜歡來這家酒店，帶着孩子們來滑雪，因為跟我們住的城市跟這裏比較近，對我們來説非常方便，今年已經入住好幾次了，真心的服務和設施都退步了好多，畢竟一晚也是4/5千的一間房，特別是餐廳的服務態度和食物質量，非常不能接受

Piękne miejsce. Dużo terenu zielonego wokół hotelu. Duży basen przed hotelem. Pokoje duże, czyste. Śniadania bardzo bogate i zróżnicowane 🙂.
Zawsze tu wracamy gdy jesteśmy w okolicy 🙂.

Pros: good price for budget travelers, walkable distance to central sightseeing areas
Cons: the hostel serves big groups so check-in take quite a long time in peak season. Sound proof is not very good and air conditioning is not working

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is very close to the river, a little over a kilometer from the train station, and a 20-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore. There is also a Carrefour supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The breakfast is good in Florence, and it is also easy to call a taxi.

AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room.
I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic.
The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go.
A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive.
The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean.
Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum.

すすがもんすがもんIt's a classic hotel, conveniently located near the station, with the charm of a converted mansion. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room key was a substantial, heavy iron one, and we had to leave it at the front desk every time we went out. I stayed for two nights, but there was no complimentary bottled water provided on the second night.

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location. It's less than a five-minute walk from the train station, and we had no trouble at all with our luggage along the way.
The hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were all incredibly nice and provided great service. I was initially drawn to their outdoor dining area, but since it was winter and quite cold, we opted to dine inside the restaurant in the evening. I accidentally broke a wine glass, and the staff handled it wonderfully, which left a very positive impression on me.
The room wasn't particularly spacious, but the facilities were new, and the bedding was comfortable. The room diffuser also had a very pleasant scent.
Just a short walk from the hotel entrance, there's a bus stop with a direct route to Piazzale Michelangelo at the top of the hill. It's definitely worth visiting for the panoramic views of Florence. Overall, it's a superb hotel with a great location, and the breakfast was also quite good—I particularly enjoyed the fresh kiwi. The transportation is convenient, making it very friendly for train travelers. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserFirst off, great crew at the front desk. Whether it’s answering my calls requesting the ironing board, or calling a cab for me the day of my departure, they were always available and willing to help.
The issue is they might have overdone it in one instance when I put a note on the room door before leaving asking not to be disturbed and came back to see someone had gotten into my room, changed sheets and towels + “arranged” my stuff. Nice intention but got me confused looking for certain things.
The gym was also a little disappointing: tiny, very limited equipment and only fit for one person at a time. It’s really a space to do yoga and stretch, with one treadmill. But it helped nonetheless.
The real elephant in the room was the location. I found this hotel looking for a place in Florence and this is very misleading from the booking platforms. The city is Prato, there are no Ubers, public transit tricky to navigate (walk 10-15 minutes + take 2 buses and a train to get to Florence in a trip that totals 1h30 min on average) and taxis are rare + expensive (the cheapest I paid was 50€ for a 13 min trip to the airport). Not to mention most taxi drivers are clearly scamming you because they know you’re desperate, turning off their meters and asking you to pay cash.
Overall, not my most memorable experience and would only recommend if you’re staying in Prato. If you plan to visit Florence and are tempted to book a cheaper hotel north of the city, think twice.

GGuest UserOverall, the location is pretty good, about a 20-minute walk from Florence Cathedral. As for value for money, I suppose it depends on whether it's peak or off-peak season. The owner must have upgraded me to a suite, which was much larger than expected, almost like a two-story villa. The hotel garden is beautiful, with birds chirping and flowers blooming every morning. The facilities are average, but perfectly adequate. If I get the chance to visit Florence again, I'd be happy to choose this hotel.

GGuest UserService was ok except for the kinda ****** head waiter/uncle at the restaurant during buffet service. He is always free for anyone else except for us Asians, it’s always “a moment please” even though he’s not busy.Apart from that, everything was good. The room was spacious, there’s even a separate room to store luggage. They also had a complimentary local snack which is yummy, towels are divided into blue and pink which is cute. However, the sewage system isn’t very efficient. Water pools up when you take a slightly longer shower so I did not dare wash my hair during the stay there. Although it doesn’t seem like it’s huge from the outside, it certainly is on the inside and very vintage. Didn’t get to try the jacuzzi system though. Spa service is also available. A harp player plays daily from 6pm to 8pm. We had a day tour which starts early too so they have a service which lets you take away your breakfast.
