Our son Rupert enjoyed the heroes kids club at Ikos Andalusia so much he wanted to go every day! The team were amazing with him and he loved them all, he always came out with all his art he’s been doing and even a slice of pizza they had made! Thank you so much to Andrea and the team for looking after our little boy, he definitely can’t wait to return x

Wonderful short break. Everything from food, drinks, rooms and hospitality were brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend. Beach was having some work done so not useable but so many pools it did not affect our break. Will certainly be back soon

This is my 4th visit to the Ikos Group resorts and it is safe to say I will always come back! Our visit to Andalusia has surpassed our expectations. We cannot praise this hotel enough from the delicious food, excellent service, friendly staff and spa facility. A key highlight of our stay was the incredible staff, especially Dimitra and Tasos. A big shout out to them! Dimitra's greetings and constant presence around the hotel made us feel truly welcomed and valued. She was always available to ensure our stay was pleasant, handling every request with efficiency and a smile. Tasos was equally amazing. Tasos’s helpfulness and attention to detail made a significant difference in our experience. Dining at Ikos was our highlight as we love food so of course we had to try all of the a la carte restaurants as well as Flavours which was the buffet restaurant which had a selection of amazing food. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Our second visit to the Ikos Andalusia and standards are still as high. The garden rooms are fantastic with children and all the staff are so friendly helpful and seem to love working for the group. The restaurants, room service and range of drinks are unparalleled for an all inclusive. This time our daughter went to the kids club for a few hours a day, she is 6 and has SEN. It has a large playground and some lovely classrooms and has shade. The staff were incredible, understanding and all trained in SEN and she even had a 1 to 1. We were so reassured. Andrea and Mercedes are a great asset to the Ikos and were really fantastic. Thank you all for a great holiday.

This was our 2nd time to Ikos Andalusia and overall my 5th time to be lucky enough to stay at an Ikos Resort. Needless to say, it is outstanding. The resort is beautifully laid out, and the food was excellent, as were the facilities. The spa was amazing. Although we travelled as a couple, we could see children were also fully catered for. What was nice was they had quiet zones in the restaurants and adult only pool. This is a feature of Ikos Resorts. What makes the resort is always the staff that goes above and beyond to help. They are courteous, friendly, and efficient. The staff are brilliant and too many to mention but special thanks to Pilar, Sara and Juan from Reception, Sandra from Spa and Sophia from Flavors. It was lovely to see her again. We had a chance to meet one of the chefs from Flavors and it was a pleasure to thank him and his staff for the excellent food and service. The food in the restaurants is amazing and caters for a wide variety of diets. The staff are a credit to the resort and I'm looking forward to coming back, for a 3rd time in the not too distant future!

One of the best all-inclusive resorts I have been to. From the moment I arrived the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with all requests. The room size is decent with lots of wardrobe space and the beds/bedding was very comfortable. The restaurants were amazing, not only in terms of decor but also menu options and food quality. The staff were great at catering to our dietary requirements. Dimitra was very good at accommodating our requests and organising anything that we needed, she was always around and super friendly. Another highlight of the stay was the spa, thanks to Vasia who was super sweet and helped me to pick the most suitable treatment. The only let down was the beach as the sand is quite rocky with stones instead of soft sand. Lots of pool options though so we mainly swam in the pools during the day, which included an adults only pool. I will definitely be returning to this hotel we had a magical week there!

At first we were worried about the size of the resort and if it would be too impersonal, but on the contrary. The resort was beautiful and everything was perfect. The pools were individually themed (small kids, family, scented, etc.) and at this time of the year never overcrowded. The pool stuff was very attentive and always around to ask for the guests needs. The restaurants were amazing, the food was very varied und delicious. During our stay we never had dinner twice in a restaurant because there were like 9 different ones we could choose out of. So it never got boring. The appreciation for children was exceptional. The stuff, everyone, was so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Especially Carola from reception was amazing. We never made this kind of experience before, and we stayed in a lot of high class hotels. The only negative thing is the beach. We have heard before that they are not that nice in this part of Spain and it wasn't a lie. The entrance into the sea is rocky, the sand grey and the sea rough. But this is a fact and has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Overall conclusion: We will definitely come again to Ikos!

Best resort we have ever been to as a family, really well setup for kids along with the service and amenities you would expect from a 5 star. All staff were so friendly and attentive, especially Katarina who went above and beyond for us We will definitely be back in the near future

We have just returned from another fabulous holiday at Ikos Andalusia and can’t wait to return again . As soon as we arrive we feel at home . Dennis , the deluxe manager , cannot do enough to make sure we have everything we need and is on hand at all times for anything . He is one of the main reasons for us returning and having that one to one treatment makes us feel very special . There are many many others who all work hard to ensure the service is impeccable but we must make a special mention of Maria, Dora and Mohammed all by the Deluxe pool .. they are all so kind and attentive . We will find it hard to go anywhere else as we just enjoy our time there so much .
