Hotel dengan WiFi di Alcácer do Sal

Delightful welcoming staff on reception. The building is fabulous. Nice large rooms with a lovely bathroom although personally I prefer a walk in shower to a bath. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice although we did feel the staff could have been more accommodating by explaining that eggs could be cooked or that toast was available. My biggest complaint is that the hotel, obviously being high up, has no surrounding restaurants within walking distance so it would be good if the hotel restaurant was open daily for dinner. I am unsure when it is open but definitely closed on a Sunday when there are no restaurants open in town ( they mostly close at 3pm) We did have Tosta Mista at night there, but they were all delivered to us at different times (after an extremely long wait ) They were not good.

The experience was very pleasant. We had our own parking place in a private underground parking lot, a small garden were to relax when the sun was too hot and a shared pool to enjoy a little swimming. Everything very clean and in line with the COVID-19 pandemic rules. Very thoughtful staff that was always available to solve our queries. The nights were very windy so you better take some warmer clothes if you plan on taking a walk at night. There was also some live music near by.

Os apartamentos são interessantes, espaçosos e estão bem equipados mas ja se nota alguma falta de manutenção. A comodidade do estacionamento é positiva também. O apoio é feito por parte da recepção do hotel mas é quase inexistente. De todas as vezes que tentei ligar para a recepção ninguém atendeu. A falta de pessoal na recepção também fez com que o check out fosse algo demorado. Ainda assim o staff foi simpático. A piscina e spa do edifício não estava a funcionar. Uma nota importante, não há muita infraestrutura em Tróia. O único supermercado disponível, por baixo dos apartamentos, é caríssimo e não tem muita coisa.

Excelente apartamento, por um preço bem razoável. O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para passar 5 ou 7 dias. Uma sala ampla com kitchenette, varanda com uma mesa e cadeiras com vista para a marina, televisão por cabo com uma excelente imagem duma TV LG de 55 polegadas OLED. Quarto excelente, cama bem espaçosa, colchão perfeito. Toda a casa tem ar condicionado e WI-FI. Por fim o carro fica estacionado numa espaçosa garagem subterrânea do prédio. Apenas chamo a atenção que a imagem que o sistema coloca destes apartamentos, não corresponde à realidade. O nome correto destes apartamentos é ”Troia Residence - Apartamentos Marina”, situado na rua da Aroeira, na rua da GNR.

Great place , room for improvement. Great location , the studio was great and clean, breakfast was very good. The experience on the Italian restaurant was terrible , our order was forgotten and they did not had the courage to say until confronted . Guests on other tables that arrived after us were served before and the staff couldn’t realize it until we called their attention.The food is average and although the staff is nice and kind they don’t seem to have the necessary training and experience . An area to pay attention and to improve is the smell and cleanness of the public bathrooms close to lobby .

We had 3 nights in a T2 suite apartment, with a large living area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The space was great and all areas have a small balcony. Beds were comfortable. There seemed to be a lack of furniture in the living area - no coffee table or side tables so we brought these in from the bedroom! The supply of equipment in the kitchenette was a bit odd too - no small coffee cups, HUGE pots and pans, no frying pan, only a kettle for making coffee so you'd have to bring instant coffee if you want one in the room... it just seemed strange. A very good breakfast was included. We didn't try the swimming pools - the outdoor one looked pretty green and the area wasn't very inviting. A pity. Otherwise the facilities are attractive and the staff mainly quite helpful. The ”amenities” in the bathroom consisted of a shampoo dispenser and a liquid soap dispenser (not very covid-aware!) and one individually wrapped soap for the basin. I wouldn't rush back to Troia for any reason (other than golf) but I guess this place is as good as any, although the surroundings are rather soulless and the nearby restaurants in the Marina leave a lot to be desired!

After about 20 days traveling in Portugal, we were driving a rental car from Albuferia on the way back to Lisboa for our trip back to the US. About past 9 pm at night I was too tired driving so we decided to stop before getting to Lisboa. We looked for a hotel online and found this one. We went past the town and got to the hotel. From the outside we could not tell how great it was. We were surprisingly very well received even though it was late at night. The place looked very nice, upscale as we went through the very well modern-industrial decorated salons and hallways until we got to our room, modern, large, comfortable, overlooking the pool. Next morning we were treated to a great breakfast buffet in a very nice dinning area. Breakfast was included in the room price. After checking out we visited the city of Alcácer do Sal before heading to Lisboa. The online price we got was extremely low for all that we got. Great place, great service, excellent rooms and food. Next time in Portugal we will visit this hotel again! The trip took place in October 2019
