The beds were not comfortable, with weird small pillows and not enough of them, thin micro-fibre sheets and very light duvets that didn’t keep us warm. The vending machines and laundry are closed or out of service on all but the main floor, and there was no ice available at all. Breakfast was just OK, not as good as at the Best Western. The way they charged us for our rooms was inconsistent depending on how payment was being made (e.g. one room booked with credit card and one with debit), so the identical booking and room type had two different costs. Both of us had to get our room key-cards re-coded multiple times in a 3-day stay.
