Executive room clean and well equipped (apart from broken safe) but dinner ruined by roaming dogs sniffing around our feet in the restaurant. No segregation of dogs to one area. Service variable, Accor seem to be struggling to get staff like everyone else. Parking good, location by A11 motorway very convenient. No-one seems to know what the express breakfast is. The Accor restaurant menu seems universal across their properties and after a few stays the choice is exhausted. A good place to stay to visit Chartres as the bus stop to the centre is just outside the property.

Accès à l'hôtel rapide depuis l'autoroute. Accueil très sympathique. La chambre est pas très grande mais propre. Literie agréable. Même si nous étions côté parking nous n'avons pas été déranger. Les portes fermés par les autres clients, sans retenus, s'entendent. Mais sans être gêné de notre côté. Petit dejeuner à volonté asser fournis et très bon (sucré/salé)

My wife and I, at best, speak broken French. We arrived on Friday before check-in was allowed and accidently walked into the kitchen/restaurant. The staff was at first, a little put off, but some manners, trying to speak French, and congeniality put everyone in a better mood. The staff let us check in early and the room was wonderful. The staff was extremely accommodating that day and thereafter. We were told right away that dinner for the two of us was ok. The Hotel is located in a very small village with three (3) restaurants in the town, so it was not a surprise to us that the Hotel restaurant was almost fully booked on a Friday night. The rest of our stay, through the weekend went off without a hitch the Hotel staff was always very pleasant to deal with and was very accommodating to our every request. The breakfast in the morning was delicious! Jean Pierre, the manager, went out of his way to be sure we were comfortable and arranged for a taxi to get us to Chateaudun on a Sunday afternoon without incident. I can highly recommend this Hotel. The village has a pleasant public market on Saturday near the local church and is beautiful to walk through.

This was our first visit to this hotel, but I suspect that it will not be the last! WeE always set a lot of store on the attitude of staff members, so were delighted to be so warmly welcomed by the gentleman at Reception. His charm and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. His excellent command of the English language was huge bonus. The room was well appointed with a very nice en-suite shower room; a large and very comfortable bed; and a kettle that allowed us to have a cup of coffee on our arrival. There was no milk (my wife does not like her coffee 'black'!), but the gentleman at Reception provided some on request. Breakfast on the following morning was superb with the largest variety of foodstuffs that we have encountered in any ”budget” hotel. One little 'complaint' was the constant ”filling-up” of a cistern. At first we thought the noise was coming from one of the adjacent rooms and, by the time we realised that it was coming from our own en-suite, there was no-one at Reception. Overall, a very positive experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Chartres Centre Cathedrale, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful recommendations for local attractions. Overall, Mercure Chartres Centre Cathedrale is a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable stay in close proximity to Chartres’ historic attractions.

Bien dans l’ensemble. Toutefois, la pomme de douche qui tourne pour arroser le mur lorsqu’on pose dans son socle , est un peu gênant. Mais il y a pire, même peu acceptable. C’est le prix du petit déjeuner, 10,95,€ donc 11 € à cinq centimes près. Ça ne les vaut absolument pas, il n’y a rien de plus que dans un autre B’nB, voir plutôt moi. J’ai vu des B’nB avec plus de produits pour moins cher. À savoir que dans un logis de France, le prix moyen d’un petit déjeuner de 12 € Avec un tas de produits de qualité. B’nB devrait revoir à la baisse ses prix de petits déjeuners qui sont exorbitants pour les produits proposés. En plus, le service au petit déjeuner n’est pas extraordinaire en proposition de produits. Il ne restait plus qu’un morceau de pain blanc à mon arrivée, et un peu de pain au céréales, je n’ai pas pu me faire plus de deux petites tartines de pain blanc il n’ena pas été remis tout le long du petit déjeuner.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel à mi-chemin de notre trajet pour faire une étape, et cela a été une bonne idée. L'accès est facile avec un grand parking privé. Les chambres sont assez grandes, la salle d'eau est nickel et la literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très correct même si la salle est un peu petite. Il est également possible de dîner à proximité dans d'autres établissements.
