HHapppiestAbsolutely amazing experience at Regent Hotel. We arrived in the early hours exhausted. Greeted warmly by the bell boy and immediately assisted us with the luggage. Swift check-in, our luggage were already in our room before we know it. Our room has fantastic view of the river and Hongyadong, even when in the bethtub the view is amazing. The room attendant kept our room neat and sparkling clean everyday. Their laundry service is top-notch, less than 3mins of calling the help desk the house keeping attendant is at our door step to pick up our laundry and also to return the clean ones. Not forgetting to mention the spread of the breakfast, delish!!! Definitely will choose Regent Hotel if we ever go Chongqing again.

I had a wonderful stay at UrCove by Hyatt Hotel Chongqing Jiefangbei Area Hong Ya Dong. The room was very spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall amenities provided were excellent and thoughtfully prepared.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist with any request, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is fantastic — easy to find and perfectly situated for exploring the area.
I had read some comments about the elevators being slow since the building is shared by two hotels, but during our two-night stay we never had to wait long for an elevator at all.
Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

YYouaremysunshineReally nice hotel, new and very plush. Decor of hotel and rooms are very nice. Room was so large with many comfortable places to sit, nice looking out windows. Bed was little bit hard for us but ok. Linen is nice, towels nice, good shower, great amenities. Cleanliness was perfect, the cleaner was very friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful and proactive through messaging service in English. Nice having fresh fruit that was replaced daily. Breakfast was good with some options freshly cooked to order. Afternoon tea inclusions great but would be good to have some savoury options or alternate the sweets given. Would be good to have more information on English about bar or wine options. Room was very quiet. Location is great and central to get cabs around, just have to walk some steps from taxi but not far and they carry luggage but I feel sorry for the guy who has to carry them up and down the stairs. The place is really nice with a lot of character and very plush and comfortable and I would stay here again for sure. It’s much nicer than the very big hotel chains as there are only small number of rooms.

At the breakfast there are not enough tables for all. We had to wait for a long time to get seated. The hotel couldn’t manage the amount of people at the breakfast and the whole time it wasn’t enough plates/water/milk.

A very warm welcome from the reception staff. The room I was given (17th floor) was perfect. Spacious, well-furnished and equipped, bright, clean, and comfortable. A quiet and pleasant place if you're not constantly sightseeing. Beautiful view of the city. Very good quality bedding. Very clean and comfortable sheets, duvets, and pillows. Good-sized bathroom. Very clean as well. Good quality bath towels. The wall-mounted towel/clothes rack is poorly placed above the toilet, which is neither practical nor hygienic. And the electric towel warmer wasn't working. The room is equipped with a hairdryer, electric kettle, small refrigerator, garment steamer, and small safe. Bottled water is provided daily. In addition to coffee (in the morning) and herbal tea (all day) available in the spacious lobby with its river view, there is also a microwave and ice maker. The room's Wi-Fi was excellent. The lighting was good, and the electrical outlets were compatible with European plugs without the need for an adapter. USB ports were also available. The central air conditioning was efficient and quiet. There was a large wall mirror at the entrance to the room. Drawbacks: 1. As a non-smoker, and having specifically requested a non-smoking room in my reservation, I found the lingering smell of smoke in the room upon arrival very unpleasant. 2. There was no dedicated luggage storage, as is common in many hotels in China; therefore, luggage was left open on the floor for the entire stay. 4. It's a shame there wasn't a small armchair and table to furnish the small mezzanine area of the room to better enjoy the view and the room's space. Bonus: Laundry service with four self-service washing machines on the 18th floor. Detergent provided. I really liked the drying area equipped with portable electric dryers, which are less damaging to clothes than regular tumble dryers. Breakfast restaurant: this is the only downside. Located on the 15th floor of the building (which houses several hotels). Buffet breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The place is cozy with a lovely view. However, depending on the day and time of day, it can be cramped and noisy, too small to comfortably accommodate all the guests without enough proper high tables. As a result, I ended up having to share my table with noisy people chewing and burping, when all I wanted was to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. The buffet wasn't extraordinary, but it was decent and well-stocked. The gym area is in the same room, separated by a half-wall (I'm not even sure I can call it a gym when there are only four machines crammed together with no space around them, and where the food bin and the restaurant's dirty dish cart are also located. Forget about getting a workout in the morning!). It's a shame they don't offer a better, quieter breakfast area for this crucial moment at the start of the day. Overall, the value for money is still quite good, even if it's significantly more expensive than Chengdu, for example, for a hotel of the same standard.

The hotel and its facilities are excellent, clean and well furnished with every detail taken care of.
The surrounding views of the mountains and rivers are stunning and the hotel is ideally situated just out of the city in the mountains.
Our room included a outdoor natural hot spring as well as pool overlooking the river. The bathroom also had a hot spring/bath inside.
The hot springs are some of the best we have been to and were included in the stay along with breakfast and a private morning yoga session.
Steve and the team were incredible and looked after us during the entire stay - he assisted us with our booking, check-in, dinner and spa reservations as well as assisting us with anything else we needed, all in English. There were also English copies of the menus in the restaurant and translations throughout the hotel and stay which was a massive help, especially being foreign guests at the hotel.
We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which were both great.
The breakfast consisted of local Chinese (The Chongqing Noodles are an absolute must) as well as international options.
For dinner, we asked Steve to recommend traditional, local dishes and he took care of the rest. The Duck, Salted Goose and Lotus root were our top picks from this. There is of course a very wide selection of international dishes to choose from as well.
The hotel is the perfect blend between modern 5 star luxury and a traditional, nature stay.
We highly recommend Bolian to anyone looking for the perfect escape from the city.
We will certainly be back!

LlykkleHotel ini terletak di lokasi yang bagus, betul-betul di sebelah jalan makanan. Bilik-bilik mempunyai hiasan muda, dan anda juga boleh menikmati minuman dan pemandangan malam dari tingkat 29. Cindy di kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga sangat membantu, dan dia mengatur bilik yang hebat! Dia juga meningkatkan saya!
Kerana saya mempunyai penerbangan awal keesokan paginya, dia membungkus saya sarapan. Walaupun ia tidak terlalu besar, ia masih sangat bagus. LLaKdoudou1. Lokasi hotel sangat baik Ia sangat dekat dengan Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, stesen kereta api bawah tanah Ciqikou dan tepi sungai, dan pengangkutan adalah mudah. Di belakang hotel adalah Baixiang Street Terdapat beberapa orang dan pemandangannya bagus, sesuai untuk mengambil gambar Terdapat banyak restoran di atas, yang sangat mudah. Di tingkat bawah hotel adalah Balai Polis Chaotianmen, yang sememangnya selamat.
2. Keadaan bilik dan kebersihannya baik. Biliknya cukup besar, tingkapnya cukup luas, dan pemandangannya dalam dua arah. Terdapat peti sejuk, mesin basuh, ketuhar gelombang mikro dan pinggan mangkuk. Katilnya cukup besar dan sofanya cukup empuk Ia boleh tidurkan orang dewasa di atas sofa. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah pintunya agak lemah dan goyah, dan ia tidak berasa cukup selamat.

The aircon kept increasing in temp up to 27C although set at 20C...when informed, reception said it was centralised and nothing can be done... Just switch off the aircon and open the window! - so why put aircon control in room in the first place?
No sign in English for foreign tourist to find this hotel therefore confusing to find as there are 3 hotels in the same building!
The windows are NOT cleaned, so although I had the bridge view due to the dirty windows, it was NOT worth the price.
