The location of this hotel is excellent! Lovely, quiet area and close to the cathedral and high street. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve experienced in all my travels. The room had a kettle for tea and coffee and a hair dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. If you choose to have breakfast out, try the Cosy Club next door for a quirky atmosphere and delicious food!

Always choose Premier Inns whenever we travel the Uk, as always clean, modern and friendly service.
One thing and one thing only……no toilet brush in toilet!!!

Another beautiful and quiet stay! Car park still close but loads parking spaces near so wasn`t an incoveninence . Lovely and careful staff always helping if you need it. The breakfast was amazing and very affordable everything hot and nice looking, coffee and juice at discretion. The dinner was tasty also ! I will alway return here !

Wonderful Family Stay! We had a fantastic stay at Exeter City Centre during half term. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our Premier Plus room was spacious, comfortable, and had great extras that made our stay even better. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the location was perfect for exploring. We’d definitely stay again!

We chose the Premier Plus room and it was definitely worth the extra! There was a mini fridge with complimentary water, Green and Blacks chocolates, a coffee machine, Pukka teas and Bayliss and Harding products! It felt much more luxurious than the standard room and felt like a nice treat.

I stayed here with friends for a stag do and the stay was all you needed . Staff here are great and they were so understanding even when we lost our keys . We only had breakfast and that was a great proper english breakfast and food was delicious and service was great .

I stay here often due to business trips and the service is the best and the stay is all you need , stayed for many years , probs 6 or 7 and Vicki , Gemma and Nadine have always been amazing and always helped with anything I’ve needed . I also encountered Joal and Dorothy and they are also a credit to tour team ! You do an amazing job guys !

Check in was quick and straightforward. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable and the room quiet. I slept extremely well. The cooked breakfast was tasty, substantial and excellent value. It set me up for the day. My stay was restful and what I needed.

We chose the Premium Room as get bigger room, coffee and tea making facilities, two bottles of water in the fridge and couple chocolate bars (Green & Black mini). Usual excellent sleeping quality. We had the meal package £26.99 - very tasty food in the evening and at breakfast. We had Chicken Katsu Curry (breaded goujons) with rice and Chicken Makhani Curry followed by Banoffee Cheesecake. Breakfast wasn't quite as good - fried eggs kept running out very quickly - bacon wasn't cooked as crisply as I liked and soaked in fat. The Manager noticed and kindly organised a plate of lovely crispy bacon for me - unfortunately I'd finished my breakfast at that stage. Very good hotel though in good location.
