Ulasan Mercure Exeter Rougemont Hotel

The location is the best spot you can find in center of Exeter. The hotel is old but inside is still very beautiful. However, some of the staffs are not very friendly and there is no flipflop when though we have asked at front desk.

We stayed there for two nights to attend the RCGP ceremony. The hotel is neat and clean and very close to the Exeter Central Station and walk down the street to high street shops.

Location is very near to Exeter Central Station. Just cross opposite with minor road but the ramp to pull up luggages into hotel is a bit old.

I recommend highly for the location especially for trains and buses Good and shopping on your door step, unfortunately problems with shower and no lifts service to the 4th floor Tidy and clean

Nice hotel for an overnight stay. The area is noisy at night of a weekend.

Very friendly reception staff. They sorted one query I had immediately . Comfortable room. Enjoyed being on the top floor, a very quiet undisturbed night in a comfortable bed. Good air conditioning and even an extra fan if required. Good blackout blind in bedroom. Good selection of Twining teas! Was pleased to have a parking space as I had phoned in advance and been warned it was limited.

I think we lucked out and had a privilege double room, so it was a really nice experience and a good sized room with a view over the Main Street . The staff was very friendly and a wide variety of options for breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here if back in Exeter.

Lovely stay. Shame the carpark was too small we could not find a space on both days.

Used the hotel as a brief stay away just for one night. Staff thoughtfully put us on 3rd floor as they said there was a function in the evening. The room was mostly as expected, however I was particularly disappointed with the bed. I could feel many lumps and bumps in the mattress and therefore was unable to get much sleep.

Great hotel with friendly staff who make it a lovely stay gibe good recommendations and help woth requirements on the food restaurants and have a 20% off at the bar for drinks at 5pm to 7pm. And right opposite the train station in exeter Central. The shops are down the Rd 3 mins if that next to the mall great location. I can't fault it house cleaning each day. They make your bed up. Buffet breakfast which is lovely. So nice kids eat free too. Made my daughter feel good gave her colouring pencils too.
