Pike's lodge was very cozy and just down the road from the airport. When we first entered our room, I noticed some tracks were left on the floor from the previous guests. The water pressure was good, and if you had room 502 then the room will never get below 76🥵 degrees. There are a lot of elderly guests that stay there and guessing they are always cold so they crank the heat up in all their rooms which in by proximity and thermodynamics will heat your room as well. Had the thermostats set to 65 but never went below 76 degrees.

This hotel is very near Fairbanks airport. After dropping off our rental car we were facing a 12 hour wait for a 1:30 am flight and we decided to book a room here. We were able to check in early. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We were able to get several hours of sleep before taking their convenient shuttle to the airport. This is walking distance to a couple of places to get a snack if you're hungry and also very near The Great Alaskan Bowl Company for last minute souvenirs and gifts. During our stay we met several of the staff and the owners and everyone was very friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a nice sized clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We could walk a couple blocks for food. The beds were comfortable and we had a good view of the town blanketed in snow. The lobby was comfortable while we waited for rides. The restaurant was not great but I would stay here again.

I stayed here on corporate travel this past week. The hotel was advertised as having a pool and a workout room but they were both under construction. On my first night I could not get a movie to rent from the television. When I clicked on ”rent now” it said I was not checked in. I called and asked the front desk and they said they would get back to me but didn't. At 5:00 a.m. an alarm went off to wake me that I had not set. After getting up the next morning I told the front desk I was having trouble with the movie rental and they said maintenance would check on it. That evening when I returned it still didn't work so I went to the counter and they said I needed to get a My Hyatt Account. We went through the process and it still didn't work so they came to my room to assist me. When that didn't work we tried the online prompt to use a QR code and screencast, this also did not work. This issue never got resolved. On the 3rd day I noticed that no one had taken my trash or cleaned. I took my trash to the counter and asked if I was missing a door tag or something. They said their new policy was that guests need to put trash outside their door. I had not been notified of this and find this to be poor customer service. During my stay my door keys stopped working and the bathroom in the lobby near breakfast also would not open with the code or the key. The staff was pleasant and apologetic, the courtesy van to the airport was very prompt and friendly. The courtesy breakfast was good. I noticed many travelers coming from overseas and the thought of this hotel being billed as a 4 star would be shocking compared to the many beautiful hotels I have stayed in around the world.

We went to Fairbanks to see the Northern Lights and chose the this property because of a referral in a travel magazine. This is a love/hate review, the love is nature and the lights came through 3 nights in a row. The property is located 15 miles from Fairbanks, difficult to get to with snow covered roads. This place is completely handled like Covid is still active, there are no employees there to help with any questions of any kind. To find out anything you call a local number and a male answers who very difficult to understand and doesn’t know hardly anything about the area. This place is being advertised as a B&B but there is no breakfast unless they consider coffee offered (you make yourself) to be breakfast. The rooms are adequate with large windows and the common area has big windows too for viewing the Northern Lights. The problem is their exit and security lights are on which interferes with viewing and taking pictures of the Aurora light show so you need to be outside away from the building. The building is two levels and you can hear footsteps upstairs a lot and other guests making a lot of noise. A part time employee comes in every day to take out trash and clean rooms of those who have checked out. They threaten you with financial penalties if you don’t check out at 11:00 am. Other than a generally pretty location there is absolutely nothing good to report here. Oh, by the way the price for this awful experience is $600/ night, takes a lot of nerve to charge this but I assume something has to give or they will close their doors.

We stay here when we come to Fairbanks in the summer. It’s tucked away but quiet and close to everything that we need when we are in town. Breakfast is in point and a great way to start the day. Staff is great and always have a smile and ready to help.

酒店重新裝修過的，床鋪很舒服！很安靜！不踩雷！停車方便。best western plus還是很不錯的連鎖，早餐很好吃，咖啡機是自動的還能做chai latte超好喝。去看極光開車半個小時就到！很方便！可惜我沒追到！
