Not what I expected at all. In fact, extremely disappointing. Look at the photos to understand. The room is in true disrepair. Here are the facts: * The spikes on to which carpet clings are exposed between the bathroom and the bedroom. I have to watch my step every time I cross over - this is dangerous and unacceptable. * There is an wood entire panel missing from the cabinetry. Last I checked, this is a THREE STAR hotel, not some cheap motel. Is this what guests are paying for? Not a pretty sight. * The appliances and unit are not kept in the best shape - everything is old and in disrepair * There is MINIMAL lighting in the main room. Everything looks dingy due to the poor lighting. Guests should feel good about staying at their hotel but this place gives you every reason to avoid being here. * The entire room smells of urine. Someone must have pissed on the ground and the staff here never bothered to disinfect it. * The breakfast ”buffet” is not a buffet, because you can't serve yourself. I realize COVID has closed some of this down, but one (overworked) person has to manage the serving of guests every morning. If you are going to serve guests from behind a counter, why not have an extra person on hand? If labor is short, then just let people serve themselves. The only redeeming fact (and I truly mean the ONLY one) about this hotel is its location, which is close to all the major chains - retail and food. That's it. I have traveled the world and stayed at many, many hotels. I know the difference between a 2-star, 3-star, 4-star, and even 5-star hotel. This is a far cry from a 3-star facility. I will be demanding my money back.
