參加政府活動，沒有住在迎賓館，覺得西平更熱鬧一些，就選了這裏，周邊確實方便，咖啡店燒鵝店便利店都有。616房。酒店是新的，硬件沒問題，但是軟件值得加強。1）晚上我躺在床上，突然電話響了，機器人説我點的外賣到了讓我下去拿。我剛吃飽在消化點了什麼外賣？掛了機器人過會又打了一個電話，莫名其妙。然後是人工，説我房間有位女生説房間需要4瓶水，讓我下去拿一下，入住的時候登記的是一個男的，沒有女的，這個你看一下入住訊息就知道，我還以為遇到詐騙了呢。2）早上7點起床去洗澡，沒有洗髮水了，不知道客房部怎麼做的，用護髮素洗的頭，一個男的，有什麼不能克服的。3）早餐有面檔和煎蛋，但是那個橙味飲料實在接受不了，糖精水啊，預算有限的話沒有橙汁也沒事的，出門就是瑞幸咖啡，走兩步就是星爸爸，什麼喝不到啊

每次來東莞長安必選華美達安可酒店入住，喜歡酒店房間新，提供用品齊全，在會員平台預訂時列明可享會員獎賞房間升級，但可惜當我登記入住時沒有房間可升級，一進入房間地面非常糟很黏，感覺有欠衛生…..其它整體都滿意。

Hotel is clean and nice, however, its location is not close to any public transport. So get prepared to call a cab for transport (it's easy and affordable to do so). Dont expect much on hotel facilities (e.g. gym or dining area), if your order includes breakfast, the hotel will order takeaway and deliver to your room (the hotel does not have café/kitchen of its own).
