The service was correct, the bathroom quite acceptable, good. Comfortable beds and everything spacious. Being on the fourth floor, there was no noise from the street.
The only downside is that you could hear noises like pipes, which was a bit annoying, you could hear that weird noise (we think) when others were taking showers or using the WC.
We didnt have breakfast. In general, the experience was good and the staff was attentive.

The location was great, within walking distance to town. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with the best guidance on places to visit. One of the recommendations was the beach, and it turned out to be truly enjoyable. Upon returning to the hotel for check-in, we found our room to be cozy and adequately cool. It was a wonderful experience, even though our stay was only for a day. The service provided made us feel comfortable throughout. Thank you! 👍👍

In terms of location, the hotel is great but I think that’s where the positives end. The pictures on the website look great but the reality is quite different and I’m not quite sure how it’s called “boutique”. The rooms are very tired with some bizarre red wall and floor panelling in the bathrooms which are stained and mouldy. There is also a huge window separating the bathroom. It has a roller blind which can be opened by two wall switches. In addition, the blinds don’t fit the window properly so there are gaps either end. A very bizarre design feature! I’m not quite sure why they don’t block the window up. Breakfast is basic, bread, processed sliced meat, sliced cheese, a pancake machine, fruit which was either unripened or past it’s best, some cereal in jars and mini croissants or muffins. On the first morning we ventured down for breakfast to be told quite rudely that we needed to book a time for breakfast. This wasn’t explained to us on check in despite asking what time breakfast was available. We were then told that on this occasion we could stay but we must book for other days because they were very busy…. every other day we had breakfast there were several empty tables. I also asked for some dairy free milk and again was told quite rudely that I also needed to book that with our breakfast time! Very rarely do I have issues with hotels but this was a disappointment. However, as mentioned at the start, great location.

What a brilliant place!! A building with real character both inside and out and set in an excellent location in the heart of the town. We had a private room which was very comfortable with en suite facilities and quirky decor. There is a lovely courtyard and rooftop terrace and a well equipped kitchen and common area. Staff were very friendly and I think this is a really lovely place to stay.

Just wanted to thank Stella and Patricia for looking after my daughter when she was stuck down with a nasty bug! My daughter called me in a panic and didn’t know what to do as was travelling alone, she didn’t feel well, was scared and alone in a foreign country. I managed to find the number for reception and the staff were amazing, they checked on her, took her water and looked into getting a doctor or emergency treatment. Unfortunately there were no doctors available and emergency was 8 hour wait. Stella and Patricia supported my daughter to a local pharmacy where she was able to get advice and medication she needed. They both have her free food and drink and were an absolute godsend! It’s hard for parents when our children travel alone, but knowing there are people out there that are so kind and supportive is so nice to know. There really are some wonderful people out there, thank you so much xx

歐洲連鎖酒店，因為到葡萄牙正好趕上週末，法魯的酒店都不便宜，而且停車是個問題。
這個酒店在高速邊上，高速上有專門的指示牌，一出高速就到，寬大的免費停車場簡直是是自駕旅遊的福音。訂了標間，房間真心很小，但好在麻雀雖小五臟俱全，酒店自帶游泳池，炎熱夏天泡泳池是最好的消暑方式。
酒店位置還行，去海邊開車10分鐘，走路10分鐘，有個大型的shopping mall各種吃的，喝的，品牌店，超市，應有盡有。shopping mall頂層有一家中式自助餐廳，11歐，性價比很高，對於中國胃，可以打打牙祭。相對西班牙，這裏的物價的確低些。

We had a five night break in Faro and stayed at this hotel, conveniently sited overlooking the marina. The airport bus drops you within a three minute walk of the hotel and the train station is just a little further away. We were fortunate to have a lovely room with balcony from which we could see the old town beyond the marina. The room was very comfortable and of a good size too. One disadvantage of the hotel is the small lifts from the reception area to upper floors: we used the stairs for easier access once we had taken bags to our room. The breakfast was very good with a pleasant area outside which was quite warm even in November. Entertainment was provided by a resident pianist and added a little to the general ambience of breakfast time. Overall, we were very pleased with our accommodation and would certainly stay there again if we were to revisit Faro.
