Staff very friendly. It's located at the downstream of the village which is the quieter area. Shops and restaurants within minutes of walk. Worth going. Will stay here again.

Excellent service. Spacious room with the river view. Locationwise, it is far enough from the busy and noisy night activities but just steps away from the entrance of the ancient area. Taxi driver can drop us at the road near the hotel. Don't need to carry big luggage up and down stairs of ancient area. Thank you very much to Xiao Ding for taking good care of us and sending us to the train station after check out. Highly recommended.

First of all the owner is really nice, he helped us explain about the city, and if any problem comes up he would help us through wechat. the place is quite nice, the owner upgrade our room from city view to river view. The room also clean and tidy. Overall we had an awesome experience staying here

Had a really comfortable stay here! The location is a 15 min walk from the bustling area but still next to the picturesque river. We appreciated being a little further away to avoid the noise from the night and it was easy to access the hotel from the main road so we didn’t have to drag our luggage far. Most notably, Xiao Ding provided such wonderful service. He was answering messages on WeChat at lightning speed, helping us with recommendations, and even carried our luggage a block to nearest intersection while helping us to hail a cab on the day we left. Would definitely recommend :)

Fantastic young couple owners are superb kind, warm & most accommodating, offering excellent service. They even came the extra mile to pick us up & sent us to the train station 🚂 . “A Home Away From Home” encounter, The room is safe, clean & comfortable offering us great night beauty sleep. Amazing experience venturing in style, they beckoned our return each night b4 they rest for the day. Highly recommended! 🩷🩵 👍👍👍

Very nice stay. The host was very helpful and friendly! He came out to meet us at the door and took our luggage up the stairs. He also explained what to see and gave us a reminder of what to avoid. The rooms were very big and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The decorations were so pretty and the view on the river was nice! He helped us get to the train station at the end of our stay. We really enjoyed this hotel and definitely recommend it!

I recommend to stay in this hotel, it’s worth of money. Staff is very nice and good service. I am impressed cleanliness of my room and bed. I slept very well here. Location a bit far from downtown but I like ambient around here, it’s claim and convenient to take taxi or bus to train station.

Beautifully designed rooms in a quiet alley at the western edge of the ancient town. Owners were friendly and welcomed us with a tea ceremony. As it was quite a 10 min walk to the original old town and I was travelling with my parents, the owner gave us a lift in his own car to make the journey easier. Great hospitality; recommended!

Room is very good. Clean and modern. Excellent service, especially stuff. She gave us to upgrade the room for free. The hotel is not located in main village but good at night because in the city sing karaoke so loud. Taxi can drop you off in front of the hotel no need to walk.

Joy and Grin were amazing hosts. They helped us with everything and arranged a taxi for us. they were always available for help and advice through WeChat. The hotel is on the river and the rooms are amazing. recommended for sure. grazie Mille!

Hotel is in an easy access areas for foods and viewing attractions. The staff Xiao Ding was very attentive from help bringing the luggage from taxi to the hotel room when arriving and departing the hotel, to providing all necessary need such as where to eat, where and how to visit attractions… etc. Most importantly he helped to notify me timely as I accidentally left my passport in the hotel lobby as i was on the way to the train station… I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel when you plan to visit Phonix Old City or 凤凰古城

Never expected such an elite service from a hotel in fenghuanggucheng . Location was really a +1 it was at the entrance of the tourism site . At the start, during check in they already showcase politeness and their down to earth personality even though we had some language barrier going on . The room cleanliness and aesthetics was really a 10/10. Had a small incident during our stay and we needed to visit the hospital they were really caring and nice and helped us through the whole process following us to the hospital and helping us communicate with the doctors and nurses there and even bringing us back to the hotel from the hospital . It was really a first time for us to be able to meet until such nice and humble owners of a hotel . Highly recommend to stay here during anyone’s next trip to fenghuanggucheng !
