Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Near train station. Lobby is small but the room is nice and clean!

The hotel is located near the 云桥, and along the river 沱江. From its balcony, you can see both the river and the bridge. The hotel itself does not offer many amenities, but it is conveniently located near a main road where you can find food and other amenities. Its rooms are clean and have attached bathrooms. But because it is right next to the river, you may find critters in the room (recommended to keep the balcony closed). Else, the size of the room is decent for a small family of 4. Beds and pillows are decent. The staff are very friendly and approachable. They will ask if you would like to be added on Wechat so that they may help with any problems online. Kudos to them.

Love everything about this hotel. The reception guy was very friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and beautiful. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk to heart of Fenghuang but we dont feel its far at all because there are so many local stalls, shops and restaurants for us to look at along the way. The hotel do not provide a breakfast but on the main street which is 2 minutes walk from the hotel have so many local restaurants which serves Chinese style breakfast. Nice thing about this hotel is we can get the taxi from the train station to the front of the hotel which means we don’t have to drag our luggage far. Every staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful. Like us, if you dont speak Chinese, you can add the hotel wechat to communicate with the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fenghung. We like this hotel a lot and will come back to stay here again

Modern & Clean Hotel This hotel is very convenient to access from road side, just less than 1 minute, but a walking distance from crowded area, we like this Hotel a lots. Staff is very hospitality & helpful, even we are unable to speak chinses. we use google translate to communicate. Rooms are clean, bed is comfy, Toilets is Japanese style..

We stayed at the Phoenix Youran Qingsu Hotel for one night. It is located in a very nice and peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. The room was clean and had a good view. The staff were very kind and eager to help with recommendations.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The room is nice and huge, we really liked it. We can only recommend to everyone to stay there.

Excellent service provided. Shared with us how should we explore the town and what are the key areas to walk around. Excellent view by the side of the rivers. The only downside of this location need to walk at least 15 minutes to 20 minutes to reach the heart of the town. This downside comes with a plus that night it is peaceful when the heart of the town where all the pubs and live bands can be very noisy.

The owner of the team here provides warm welcome, advice and assistance with information. The atmosphere is wonderful because it is an ancient village with a river in the middle of it. It is very beautiful and peaceful. The lights at night are like being in heaven. The river is clean and the water is clear. Believe us, if you come here, you will not be disappointed. We also recommend staying here.

Excellent!! Probably the best stay during our trip to China! The hosts are very sweet and helpful. The room was clean, tidy with a beautiful view. It’s located 15 minutes away from the very touristic area but there are still a lot of restaurants around! The owners of the hotel suggested two restaurants close by that served delicious food (see pictures). The owner helped us call a taxi back to the train station which costed 40rmb. Highly highly recommended!!! 😍

absolutely one of the best I've ever stayed at! Location: by the river, outside of the center of Phoenix Old Town. I loved this location because it is quiet at night! Room: Great! have everything I needed, plus the room is spacious and clean! Service: Top notch! Owner came out of the accommodation to greet me as he heard me dragging the luggage, offered a room upgrade (do get the river view room - you won't regret it!), helped me carry my luggage upstairs. He also helped me contact the driver as I checkout the hotel, and waited with me for the driver which I really appreciate! Overall, I highly recommend this place - it's worth it! Not only they have amazing rooms, their above and beyond service is what makes them truly shine!

Nice view, kind staff, beautiful room. We had a relaxing bath after a hard travelling day.
