Este hotel es uno de los mejores que he estado. Tiene una vista hermosa desde el balcón donde puedes relajarte viendo el puente Hongqiao cerca o toda la vista de la rivera. Como si fuera poco, el dueño del hotel es extremadamente amable y sabe hablar muy bien inglés. Respondía rápidamente y nos ayudaba con todo. El cuarto es moderno también y es súper bonito. It has a beautiful view from the balcony where you can relax watching the Hongqiao bridge nearby or the whole view of the river. To top it off, the owner of the hotel is extremely friendly and knows English very well. He responded quickly and helped us with everything. We had a great stay at the hotel. We were super impressed by the enthusiasm of the staffs’ willingness to serve ! A big shout out to the manager Yen Zi (管家燕子）! Hotel was new and the decor was of zen style with soothing colors . The non smoking room we stayed was spacious with fantastic River view. The bed was comfortable and the hairdryer provided was of a famous brand. We truly enjoyed the breakfast! Wide selection of local dishes and the coffee was from coffee machine with fresh beans, a rare find in locally run hotel in China. The hotel also provided shuttle service to Hong Qiau where the busiest streets of the Old Town were located! We felt like VIPs being chauffeured around ! All in all it was a stay that exceeded our expectation. I highly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely like to come back again!
